Happy May Day, its nice right now but the snow is suppose to move in later yuck its time for that to stop. I will do KCMs Your Best Body 2 and the TM its a non squat day. DH turns 50 today so I don't know what we will do.

I decided to do Cathe's May 2013 Rotation, starting Monday, so this is an in between "rest" week. I did the first 5 step combos of IMAX 2 (no blasts) and then did Yoga Max. Also did my 100 squats.
My workout today is: BBL High & Tight + Leonardo's Secret and JMBR W2 Wo#1. My butt is super sore from all that squatting and lunges. Guess I will be hurting even more after my leg workout today. Maybe I mop my floors before my workout LOL!

Today I did Jillian Michaels Yoga Meltdown and did workout #2. This one is fun and it seems to go by really fast. Then I got on my treadmill and walked for 1 mile.
Chris - I haven't seen the May rotation yet, I'll have to check it out. Have fun with it!
I didn't get a workout in yesterday we ended up going to the lake for DHs birthday and it was 80 when we left the lake by the time we got home 20 minutes later it was 67 degrees and then by the time we went out to eat it was 54 degrees and today we have freezing rain and its 38 degrees crazy weather. I will do KCMs Cardio Blast 1, 110 squats and then 30 minutes on the TM then clean house.
Today was cardio and I chose Cardio Coach #5. This one is a pretty hard workout and it was puke status for me. I did really well with it and ran my @ss off.

I just finished today's workout. I'm still recovering from my post injection flu-like concentrated reaction. It can usually take me a day or two to recover from the reaction it really kicks my butt. I will now check in.

HAPPY BIRTHDAY NORA! We are having a surprise 50th birthday party for DH today at dds house so I spent yesterday with her getting things ready and I got to see gs for a little bit. Its cold and rainy here again today so wish the weather would become spring like its suppose to. I don't know what I will do workout wise but I will be doing 250 squats I only have 3 days of this challenge left and I think it made a difference in my thighs and abs.
