Hi ladies. Sorry I went MIA this weekend. It was a super busy weekend - lots of sister time. I did workout though (as if). Saturday I did part of SB, yesterday my sister and I ran 2 miles then did hill repeats. After she left, I did weights. It was the 3 sets of 18 reps as supsets. Not sure what I'll do today.
