I am home since Saturday night. I did S&H Chest + Back today.

Chris - sorry you can't afford a vacation this year. Maybe you can do some day trips? Enjoy your rest day.

Nora - still kicking butt with your workouts. You go, girl!

Today I did the Lower Body Premix of STS Total Body. It was trisets and I had a good workout. Unfortunately, after last Thursdays Pyramind workout, my upper shoulder has been bothering me again. Not sure why, I was really careful with that workout but I think it was too many reps in the ultimate end. I'm trying to massage it out again with the tennis ball and that does help. I'll have to be careful on Thursday if I decide to do the upper body premix of the workout I did today.

Triset #1
Dumbbell Squats - 15's/16 reps
BSS - Dumbbell - 12's/16 reps
Power Barbell Deadlift - 25#/16 reps
Repeat with 12 reps each exercies

Triset #2
Narrow Stance DB Squats - 15's/16 reps
Dumbbell Static Lunge - 12's/16 reps
Stiff Legged Deadlift - 35#/16 reps
Repeat with 12 reps each exercies

Triset #3
Side Slide Lunge - 12's/12 reps
Back Slide Lunge - 12's/12 reps
Wide Stance Deadlifts - 35#/16 reps
Repeat with 12 reps each exercies

Good workout, minimal time. I think this one said it was 22 minutes but with the warmup and cool down it about about 35 minutes.
 
Good Afternoon,

I ran late this morning I went into town to take DH's paycheck to the bank and apply for a receptionist job at and automobile dealer I hope I hear something. I did Push/Pull and tried to do CK25 Wk7 D3 but my right calve is cramping and my shin is killing me so I only made it 17 minutes and had to call it quits.

Roxie- Good luck on the receptionist job I hope they do call you for an interview. Its best not to over do it if your calf muscles are tight and not happy. Its good of you to try and get in 17 min of Push/Pull just rest the calf muscles and take it easy. ;):cool:

Debbie- You might be right about PUB with regards to many reps for your shoulders causing pain. I will have to remember that and try less reps with that next time I do that one. Nicely done today with Lower Body Premix of STS Total Body. Nice weight work today, WTG!!:D;) I'd wait and see how your shoulders are feeling before doing the Upper Body premix of STS Total body. Good Morning,

We are on the way to dhs oral surgeon appointment where I will drop him off and go for a 3 mile walk in the park.

Debbie-I think I am seeing results but I am not eating nearly enougn barely over 1200 calories some days lower.
 
No workout today, we are having our metal roof delivered today. They will be here soon.

Roxie - Why are you eating so little? You need to eat more, girl. You are starving yourself.

I haven't decided if I am going to workout today I have been fighting a migraine the last 2 days.

Debbie-I just get busy cleaning house and working out and forget to eat I don't make it a priority and I know its bad, I was much better yesterday almost ate 1500. Did the roof arrive?
 
Today was STS Upper Body Premix which is a tri-set workout. Went light because my shoulder and upper back has been bothering me this week. I had an ok workout.

Triset #1
Flat Bench Barbell Press - 35#/16 reps
Chest Flyes - 12's/16 reps
Dips
Repeat with 12 reps - did less on dips, that didn't feel good.

Bonus Burn
Close Grip Pushups - 8 reps
Standard Pushups - 16 reps
Did on my knees.

Triset #2
Barbell Rows - 25#/16 reps
One Arm Row - 15#/16 reps
Standing Dumbbell Curl - 12's/16 reps
Repeat with 12 reps - the rows bothered me so I stopped when it started burning

Standing Overhead Press - 10's/16 reps
Upright Row - 25#/16 reps

I did trainers Week 4 Workout 2 and I must be weak from battling the headache the last 2 days because it was really tough and I could only do it 2 times then I went for a 35 min walk on the TM.

Workout 2 (high reps)
Plank Walks 30 reps
Dips 30 reps
OH Press with BB 30 reps
Squat Pushups 30 reps
Squats 50 reps
Repeat 3 times.

Today I did one of my Cardio Coach mixes and had an ok workout. I just didn't have any energy this a.m. I slogged most of it. But at least I got it done.

Today I did cardio and chose Cardio Coach #1. Had a decent workout. Had trouble with my HR monitor. Lately it hasn't been able to keep up when I'm running. It finally will give my correct heart rate once I stop. Id on't get it. I cleaned up the chest strap a bit, maybe it had something on it that wasn't making it work right?

CARDIO STATS:

This morning I did my trainers Week 5 Workout 1 which uses barbell plates I started out with 10's but dropped down to 8's for everything but the rows, then I walked on the TM for 30 mins. Its cloudy and rainy here again today I am starting to get really down.

Plates Workout:
Reverse Crunch 30 reps with plate in my hands above head
Walking Lunges 30 steps with plate over head
Squats 30 reps with plate over head
Rows 30 reps
Repeat 3 times.

Debbie-I know she is checking in on myfitnesspal and some of the other forums on here.

Nora-these workouts are ones my trainer made up for me using the stuff I have at home, its and 8 week 2 a week workout rotation.

Had vacation last week and didn't work out at all! It was a LOT of nice family time. we did a bunch of day trips.

Today I'm back in it!

I did xtrain Chest Back Shoulders + Ab Hits Power Hour abs.

Going to walk or bike later too.
