I did KCM Muscle Up Chest & Back Premix before I left for work, no planks tonite went and babysat GS for a little bit.

Nora-I also preordered SlimSculpt so thats 2 new workout plans really need to stop spending money.

No workout for me today. I got up to workout, but my head is pounding and I have a head full of snots. They say the tree and grass pollen is low - I beg to differ with them. :rolleyes:

Nora - That is a good idea to wear a weighted vest while walking. I may try that. I think I have one somewhere. LOL! Nice workout again yesterday, my friend!

Roxie - It is nice when a company cares about people, not just the $$ they make off their workouts. How's the leg?

Roxie- Great job with last nights workouts! I love Muscle Up, its awesome. I saw that you did that one last night with the chest and back premix which is really challenging. I did KCM Start Here Cardio only and had to keep it low impact because it some of the moves made my leg hurt and then I did Floorwork from that same workout here at work and will do my planks. I got my PiYo in the mail and I was hoping to do the lower body stuff but I know it will not help my leg much.

Nora-awesome workout today.

Debbie-that is why I take and allergy pill every day and I can tell which days I was outside to long.

Round 1
Tempo Pushups- 24 reps (Did some on my toes, some on my knees)
One Arm Rotational Row - 25# - 16 reps
Side Leaning Lateral Raise - 5#

Round 2
Dumbbell Press on Ball- 25's - 16 reps
"T" Band Pull - 16 reps slow, 10 fast
Shoulder Circle - 3's - 48 reps

Round 3
Reach Tap Pushups- 24 reps (I just did regular pushups on knees)
"T" Prone on the Ball - 8's - 12 reps
Alternating Dumbbell Overhead Press - 10's - 12 reps

Round 4
Chest Fly on Ball- 20's# - 16 reps
One Arm Row w/Tubing - 32 reps
Bent Over Rear Delt Drop Sets - 10's - 16, 12, 8 reps

Round 5
Lower Chest Incline Fly on Ball- 5's - 16 reps
Dumbbell Pullover on Ball - 25# - 16 reps
Double Arm Upright Row - 12's - 16 reps

Round 6
Incline Dumbbell Press on Ball- 25's - 16 reps

Today I decided to try to do a Cardio Coach workout. I miss doing them so much. I did Challenge 1 and 2 from CC #1 and had a pretty good workout considering. My knee still bothers me, but I was able to do a fairly fast pace today and it didn't seem to bother it much. We'll see as the day progresses how it feels. So far it's ok. Not 100%, but ok.

Workout was 35 minutes, traveled 2 miles and burned about 200 calories.

I tried to check in last night but the site was down. I did KCM Muscle Up Chest and Back and my planks last night and this morning I walked on the treadmill for 30 minutes at 3.0 speed and the leg felt pretty good but like Debbie we will see.

Debbie-good job yesterday and today hope the knee holds out.

Well, no workout for me today. I knew this would happen once I started back on my early morning workouts. I was just so tired I fell asleep on the couch after I got up. Makes me so mad. :mad: Oh well, I guess tomorrow is another day...

Today I did Cardio Coach #3 and did most of the workout. My cool-down was the last 4 minutes of the steady state so I cut the workout by about 5 minutes. Did well with it.

Workout was 36 minutes total, ran 2 miles and burned about 315 calories.

I walked on the TM for 30 minutes this morning at 2.7mph and 4% incline the leg felt fine and only hurt a little bit today and I did my planks at work.
