Roxie- Great job with last nights workouts! I love Muscle Up, its awesome. I saw that you did that one last night with the chest and back premix which is really challenging. Its ok to skip a planks workout which I see you did for a change, your our planks champ. Good for you you got to see your GS last night, I bet he's getting big. Take care and have a blessed day!
