Total calories burned= 555
Roxie- Sorry to hear about your leg problems and the pain. I'm sorry you had to think better of running a 5K and I would opt out of it to given the pain you've had to deal with. You are doing the right thing your body is telling you it doesn't want to do that and no use risking injury or more pain to do so. Please rest you leg and let it heal. If you feel you need to do something cardiio wise start slow like maybe KCM's Start Here dvd is good for that or maybe a Turbo Jam or Cathe's LIS series or Travel Fit, nothing high impact (No Running). Best bet is to listen to your body. Just take it easy and you go girlfriend on the planks that is awesome, you are my hero!


If you do try PiYo I think you will like it. I have found that I didn't use Align, but have with the others. ITs a good set and I do recommend the two extra workouts that are a separate purchase Full Body Blast and Strong Legs, those are awesome. I discovered for me that I don't use Align, and use occasionally Define Upper Body and Define Lower body, they are good too but more of a place to begin. The rest are ones I use and love. Oh and Drench and Sweat really live up to the names. The rest are all awesome and it is good just not a big number on the calorie burn but you will sweat buckets and feel it. It does make you feel stronger, longer, and leaner. Gotta love that and more flexible along the way. If you do get PiYo I think you will enjoy it. Take care and feel better.
