I remember when Cedie used to be the counter in older workouts. I miss her.

Yep, you're right, Cedie was her "counter" I believe Jai has had that honor too, and
I think that Jenn probably does that now.

Cedie hasn't been in workouts for quite some time now, although a couple years ago,
can't remember exactly when or what workout, she was there in a CatheLive

I think XTrain was the last series that Cedie was in. I remember back in 2009 seeing Cathe’s Slow & Heavy on the old Fit Tv channel and it was the biceps and triceps workout where Cathe is introducing the crew mid workout and Cedie’s just come back from having a baby!!!

And I think that was the series where Jai was introduced!

You’re right!!! I remember Cathe saying “Jai, she’s a newcomer with us!”

Cathe addressed what Cedie was doing at one point. I forgot what she said. But basically it boiled down to her being too busy.
