I bought an acorn squash at the store today, to eat with dinner tomorrow. Normally I bake it in halves or roast it in chunks. I am fixing Filet Mignon on the grill tomorrow night and am wondering if I can grill squash. Anybody done this? Maybe cut it in rings or moons and brush w/ olive oil and grill? Dunno....
