'Evening! Last evening went to a local play and forgot to check in. Sorry! Had to work today, then get an mri, and then came home and got in a short, slow walk.

Deb, the weather has been nice. I'm with you on not looking forward to the clocks changing. The PT seems to be helping my spine and hip but not my feet yet. How is your mom doing with hers? Was today your gs's b'day celebration?

Belinda, this time of the year is great for walking! The colors seem a little past peak, but two week ago, they were beautiful.

Hi,

Today was a rest day. We went to celebrate gs's birthday. It was fun, they asked us to dress up it was a Halloween birthday party. We dressed up as pizza one of gs's favorite treats. Unfortunately my Mom wasn't feeling well so she asked us not to come get her.

Belinda - It was a nice day for a walk. Did Sadie come with you? I had a trim and a little shorter, it looks healthier after a cut.

Cookie - I wished I could have walked too, not looking forward to bundling up in a couple of weeks. Good that the PT is working, hopefully your feet next. My Mom is seeing slow improvement, but this week having lots of stomach issues, the reason she didn't feel comfortable going to the party.

Today I did a live zoom workshop dance class.

Debbie - glad your mom is seeing slow improvements. Sorry she wasn’t feeling well with her stomach. Happy birthday to your gs’s birthday. Saide came with me. She wouldn’t miss her walks. I’ll bet your hair cut looks amazing.

Cookie - glad the pt is helping your spine and hip. what is going on with your feet.

"Evening! Went to visit dd and her fiance. On the way, my dh and I discovered a great bakery! Sourdough foccacia w/shallots and mushrooms. It was incredible.

Deb, your poor mom must have felt bad about missing the party, and I'm sorry she's not feeling better. Did you make your pizza costume? That sounds so creative.

Belinda, that Sadie, has personality! How is she doing healthwise these days? Are you still doing bellydancing?

Hi,

Today was a walk outside. Older ds left this afternoon for home. He asked for an extra suitcase and stuffed and packed it. I don't think his gs will be too happy but I am happy to get even a small amount out

Belinda - Great job with zoom workshop dance class. I'm sure Sadie loves her walks especially this time of year.

Cookie - Sourdough foccacia sounds amazing, I would have to stop everytime I visited. I didn't make the costume, we bought them on Amazon. I could have probably made it but it would have taken me a long time
