Hi,

Today I did live zoom dance plus Pilates Happy Hips.

I have a CT angio with contrast for my enlarged atery tomorrow. I will workout once I get home.

Debbie - I hope you feeling better. I hope you are not walking in this weather, lol.

Cookie - I have no idea how long before they schedule me another appointment t. I hope they will call me soon for another appointment. DH is getting a hip replacement on Tuesday. I don‘t have time to get anything done. You and me both are over this weather.

'Evening! Got in a couple of miles today, but boy is it cold out. It is amazing to see the difference in quality of snow removal from sidewalks.

Deb, how are you feeling now? How's your dh doing? Has your eldest ds moved to FL?

Belinda, I'll be thinking of you tomorrow with your CT. I had some ultrasounds and xrays done today, and was relieved each set didn't take too long. Hope you have as good luck. How's your dh feeling about his upcoming surgery?

Hi,

Sorry I forgot to check in yesterday. We had about 18 inches of snow. DH did most of the shoveling but I did do some and surprisingly knocked me out. My Mom and brother both had close to 30 inches. I think everyone is hoping for Spring weather!

Today I cleaned and ran some errands.

Belinda - Sorry your appointment was cancelled. Good luck with your CT scan tomorrow. It's crazy how many things have been cancelled because of the weather this year. Will your DH have to stay overnight at the hospital for hip surgery? Great job with zoom dance & Pilates Happy Hips.

Cookie - I saw a few dog walkers today but they looked cold and were bundled up. You are brave to go outside I feel bad for my neighbor, he did his sidewalk and the snow plows kicked up snow on the whole path. That happened to me last year I feel better, DH is hanging in there, ds is visiting FL but coming home to pack and move next month.

Hi,

Today I did LMR 2 TB. Great workout. I also did Pilates foam roller. My appointment went well this morning. Now I have to wait for the results. Did anyone got a CT scan with contrast before? My throat and body burned for a min once the contrast goes through your heart. The radiologist told me it‘s normal.

Debbie - wow, you got a lot of snow. It passed us,TG! I am so ready for warmer weather. Thank you on the test today. Yeah, the weather impacted a lot of appointments. Glad you feeling better.

Cookie - thank you. I hope your rest come back quickly. I think Dh wants to get it over with the surgery. It‘s his 2nd hip replacement. Great job on your walk.
