Hi,

My aunt in Canada passed away yesterday I couldn‘t log on to zoom for the virtual Xmas party. I was so bummed.

Today I did a 40 min full body foam roller + weight workout. That was a good workout using the foam roller, I am complete worked out.


Debbie - thank you! Holidays are always hard. I hope you almost done with cleaning and getting things done. How are you feeling?

Sorry for not checking in yesterday, was busy with my uncle's 75th birthday party and then helping ds and his family move into their house. That's a workout!

Deb, wow, 45 minute wait with a reservation! My dil created a wish list for the grandchild, which made it easier. I have one gift which may not arrive til the day after Christmas, but everything else is wrapped and ready to go.

Belinda, sorry about your aunt. It is even harder close to a holiday. Today was three years for my mom. Glad your dd's fiance's grandmother is doing better.

Hi,

Today was still lots of running around & prepping for Christmas Eve. I am looking forward to working out again on Friday. DS & his gf arrived on Sunday and will be here until Saturday.

Belinda - Sorry to hear about your Aunt, my thoughts are with you. I wonder why you couldn't log into the Zoom party? Great job with Pilates foam roller & weight workout.

Cookie - It must have been a nice birthday celebration. I'm sure helping your ds & family move into their house was a workout! Congratulations to them My DIL gave us some ideas, it's very helpful.

Hi,

I am having a lot of internet issues. My internet didn’t work for most part of the morning. It’s probably why I couldn’t log into the Xmas virtual party.

Today I did a one belly dance live class plus Pilates stretch and a walk outside. My internet seems to work only if I turn off the VPM.

Debbie - enjoy your time with your family. I have connection one minute the next I don‘t? We have an appointment with Verizon on Friday. I hope they can figure it out. Not sure if it has something to do my husband bought new iphones. Somehow my phone got turned off, I had zero internet. They also sent me the wrong phone.

Cookie - happy 75th birthday! Glad your uncle had an amazing day. I am doing fine. I don‘t know when the funeral will be. DH needs a hip replacement and I have my appointments scheduled the beginning of Jan? The timing isn‘t good. Was that a new JS circuit workout? Great job! Congrats on your DS and his family.

It snowed again today I would say just under 3 inches Today wasn't a workout but I am sore all over. One more day to go! Everyone is coming early because we have 3 little one's coming for a short time. I hope I will be ready. I catered the food, which I picked up today but it all has to be heated tomorrow.

Belinda - Great job with belly dancing & Pilates stretch. It is so frustrating when the internet is not working. Also your phone, this time of year I find things get mixed up. Good that you have an appointment with Verizon. I guess with the holidays it must have been hard to get an appointment.

Cookie - Great job with metabolic tb circuit. DS is living with us temporarily, he has been back and forth to FL. He is having dental work which should be completed by January and he will move then. His gf hinted that she hopes by next year things will be different (I'm guessing engagement).
