Today was a walk outside. It was really nice today, cool in the morning.

Belinda - Great job with CL#14 stability ball tb, D8 and walk. You really are getting in lots of workouts before surgery It's great you can do zoom yoga with dd and she watches you.

Cookie - Hopefully you are catching up on rest during the week Usually it is the opposite.

Hi,

I did 2 zoom dance classes and a walk outside. I also did the Kassandra yoga today, it was abs.I will try to get a workout in tomorrow if I can.

Debbie - great job on your walk outside. I am loving the cooler walks too.I will not get a workout in on Thursday, I got to get as many workouts. I hate playing catch ups. Yes, do enjoy the zoom yoga classes with DD. It’s helping me a lot with my form/medications. We always have so much fun together.

Hi,

Today was a walk outside & X-train cardio leg blast. They came today and sealed up holes around our property & put some traps in the attic & basement. Hopefully the critters find a new place to live

Belinda - Wow, lots of workouts, I'm sure you are covered for a few days. Great job with zoom dance, yoga & walk. Are you getting nervous for your surgery?

Cookie - We are expecting fall like temps tomorrow, guessing it will be really cold by you.

I walked outside plus did Yoga with Kassandra.

I will probably not check in tomorrow. My surgery is in the afternoon. Wish me luck!

Good morning,

The lens rotation went well. I had some discomfort last night which is normal. I rested once I got home. I feel much better this morning. I have a follow up appointment today.

I am allowed to walk starting today. I will ask about weight workouts. I can
t bend over or lift heavy. I will ask all those questions today.

Today was a walk outside & Perfect Pump UB. We went for a quick bite to eat and we were home early.

Belinda - Happy to hear your surgery went well and you are feeling better. It seems like the recovery time isn't too bad since you can start walking today.
