'Afternoon! Sorry, forgot to check in last night. Had an event during the day and a hockey game at night. Have been watching The Gold on PBS Passport. It's really good. Off to an Octoberfest celebration.

Deb, walks on a not crowded beach sounds like heaven!

Belinda, having a washer will make the vacation even more restful.

Today I walked, it was very windy outside. I did a live zoom Halloween belly dance and live zoom Pilates full body.

Debbie - great job on your walk on the beach. I am still planning all my clothes, I usually overpack. Half what I bring I never wear. I will pack one week clothes. I also thinking layering, natural colors that I can mix and match.

Cookie - great job on your TB weight workout. Yes, I hate having dirty laundry, lol. Have fun at the Octoberfest.

Hi,

Today was a walk on the beach. We went to listen to music but a storm rolled in so we went home. DH still fighting a bad cold.

Belinda - Great job with Halloween belly dance & Pilates full body. When we were in Greece we ran into a couple who had small carry on bags. We were lugging big suitcases, they said they did laundry to make it work.

Cookie - You have a busy weekend. It sounds like Octoberfests are becoming so popular. Great job with TB weights.

I am tired today, I did Pilates/mobility for the hips. Thats it For me today. Tomorrow I have my 3rd surgery on my eye.

Debbie - sorry your DH still not feeling well. I hope he feels better soon. I will bring a big suitcase, I end up buying things in Germany I can‘t get here. My list is getting bigger. Having a washer is nice and convenient. Sorry about the storm rolling it.

'Evening! Weights and a walk today. Managed to squeeze in the walk in between rainstorms.

Deb, I had a bad cold last week, but finally feel like it is lifting. Hope your dh recovers quickly.

Belinda, my dh tends to overpack and I'm more of an underpacker, so it works out. We usually try to only do carryons.

Today we had to have some work finished on condo so spent a couple of hours on the beach.

Belinda - Great job with Pilates mobility. Good luck tomorrow with your eye surgery. We had a conversation with a German gentleman and he said he has Liderhosen custom made when he went to Germany.

Cookie - Great job with weights & walk. Is the rain helping the drought? It seems like bad colds are going around.

Laser surgery went well today. I was there for a long time, he did all kinds of tests. I have no restrictions.

I did get up early this morning to get a UB workout in. Before my surgery I went a little therapy shopping, lol.

Debbie - are you guys renovation your condo? I wouldn‘t mind spending a couple hours on the beach. I am jealous.

Cookie - great job on your weights workout and walk. My husband overpacks too. We going to be in Germany for 3 weeks, no way I make it in a carry one, lol. I plan one bring a lot of stuff back from Germany. I am bringing an empty suitcase, lol.

'Evening! Got in a long walk today, and it was beautiful out.

Deb, glad you got to spend time on the beach. How was the weather? The rain has helped the drought some. It definitely has impacted the foliage, suddenly things look brighter than even two weeks ago.

Belinda, glad your surgery was so successful. Packing an extra suitcase is always a great idea.

Today was a walk on the beach. It was our last day & it was a nice one. We travel home tomorrow afternoon. Hoping no delays due to government shutdown.

Belinda - Nice to hear your laser surgery went well. You are dedicated to get your workout in before surgery. We had new hurricane proof slider put in. It seems to help with noise & drafts too.

Cookie - Great job with your walk & enjoying a beautiful day. I’m looking forward to seeing some foliage. The weather has been really nice here.

Debbie - thank you! So far so good. It helps to calm my nerves down when I get a workout in. I seen those hurricanes proof sliders, they are nice. Double bonus, if it helps with the noise and draft. Great job on your walk.

Cookie - thank you! I am doing well. My eye was a little sore this morning, as the day went by it seems fine.Good job on your walk. We had a lot of rain and thunderstorms last night.

'Evening! TB circuit today. Had a thunderstorm and a lot of rain (thanks, Belinda!) at lunchtime, so no walk.

Deb, safe travels tomorrow! We didn't have a problem traveling last week. Friday we're going to Illinois for five days, so I'm hoping our and yours continues. Those hurricane gliders are nice!

Belinda, glad your eyes are doing well. Are they still sore today? Do you need to take drops? We got your storm today.
 
Hi,

Today was a lot of walking but no official walk. It worked out great, we arrived early. I looked on the departure boards and not many delays for anyone.

It was tough coming home the house seems so empty without Riley. It's crazy how much we grew to love her in a short amount of time.

Belinda - Great job with your walk & LB. It's good you don't have any restrictions.

Cookie - Great job with TB circuit. Hopefully you will be lucky too on Friday.

I did 2 live zoom classes today plus a short stretch. Tomorrow I am getting my hair done.

Debbie - great job on your no official walk. Aww….hugs about Riley :( Yes, we grew to love them not matter how much time you have with them.

Cookie - my eye isn‘t feeling sore anymore. I have to take drops during the day and gel at night. Great job with your TB circuit.
