Sorry for not checking in the past two days - lots of visitors. Friday dh and I went to a couple of historic sites about 1.5 hrs from our house, but we had never been there before We're trying to be more like tourists in our own area. It was very interesting, and then starting Friday evening - visitors. This afternoon got in a metcon workout.
Deb, I'm curious how Riley responded to ds's gf. Ours always seem to recognize our sons (the original owners). The little traitors! Glad you're recovered.
Belinda, sorry the surgery didn't work out. Hopefully next month everything will go smoothly. Walking around a lake is lovely!

Today was a walk outside & some leg workout at the gym.
Belinda - I hope all is well, when do you come home?
Cookie - I'm sure this month is lots of visitors. I would think you would also have lots of visitors in the Fall. It is always fun to explore places in your own area. We should do that too. Riley was happy to see ds's gf but for food reason's she gives everyone attention.

Evening,
Walk around the lake this morning. We decided to leave for Sadie’s teeth cleaning appointment tomorrow. I did manage to get a weight workout in this evening. I did CL # 460 Strong and Fit: Chest & triceps .
Sadie, is getting her teeth cleaned. I am so nervous. Please keep her in your prayers.
Debbie - great job on your walk and leg workout. I already went through it twice with my eyes. I am in good hands. I met all the doctors that will be there for the surgery. Unfortunately it rotated on its own. It‘s all good.
Cookie - thank you! I am not upset or disappointed. It‘s very rare the implant rotates. It‘s not anything the doctor did. I did meet all the doctors that will be in the OR with me. I am in good hands. Glad you had lots of fun with your visitors. We had fun exploring places in our area. You really don‘t have to go far to see nice things.

'Evening! Essentrics and a walk today. Beautiful, warm weather here.
Deb, goldens are so food driven! Wonder if in another life, I was one ... A nephew and his wife stopped by this evening w/their dog to go for a swim. Our dogs and their had a great time together just playing in the yard. Theirs didn't want to swim so much as run around.
Belinda, mine didn't rotate but cracked when I fell a few days after implant. All fine now. Glad you're in good hands. Yes, it is great to be tourists in our own areas.

Yes, it‘s her first time getting her teeth cleaned. Sorry yours cracked a few days after implant. Mine implant was fantastic after surgery. I had the implant in Jan. It decided to rotate for some reason.

Today was a walk in the evening. It was very hot during the day.
Belinda - Great job getting a walk in around the lake & CL #460 chest & tri's. I'll also be thinking about Sadie tomorrow. Years ago we had our dog's teeth cleaned and I remember how tired she was afterwards. It's good you feel very comfortable with your eye Dr.'s.
Cookie - Great job with essentrics. It was actually nicer here in the evening. You are right Golden's are food driven It sound like the dogs had a nice time and got their exercise too!

Thanks for thinking about Sadie today. She did well. Sadie is very tired, understandable after being under anesthesia. She is only allowed to eat 1/4 what she normally eats.The vet recommended I give her wet food today, which she ate. She isn‘t drinking any water. I am sure she is very sore. Her teeth are so white. I am glad the vet didn‘t had to pull any of her teeth.
While Sadie slept on the couch I did a dance workout.

I have 3 MRI‘s tomorrow. They are doing them back to back. Thank goodness.

Today was a walk outside & Ramped up upper body. I made a sauce with a bunch of fresh tomatoes but took me longer than I thought.
Belinda - Great to hear Sadie did so well Nice getting in a dance workout. Was the teeth cleaning long? Good luck with your MRI's tomorrow.
Cookie - Great job with yoga. I'm sure working on the computer does hurt your hands. I wonder if the wrist braces they have are any good? No signs of the bear. I cut up a watermelon today, was wondering if he will try and go in my garbage pail for the rind.

I survived 3 MRi‘s with contrast today. It wasn‘t too bad. My shoulder/neck and back started to hurt laying down and not move for an hour. Now I have to wait to get the results, should be in a few day‘s?
Sadie is doing great, she is eating and drinking. She still sleepy.
I did CL# 476 Strong and Fit: Biceps and Triceps. Jolie I think you would like this one. She goes slower than her other workouts. Give it a try!
Debbie - thank you! The MRI was long but durable. We dropped Sadie off at 8:45 am and picked her up around 12:30 pm. The vet called us after she was done with Sadie, letting us know how she did. Sadie was under anesthesia, they had to monitor her. It was also very expensive. Nice job on your walk and Ramped up UB.

Belinda, good to have those 3 mris out of the way. It must be hard to wait for the results. We've had to have dental work - some teeth removal on our little dogs, and boy is it expensive. We get their teeth cleaned a couple times a year, but guess it is part of the joy of dog ownership.

Today was a short walk outside & zoom yoga. I have been calling pest control, our critters are back in our attic. We talked to a neighbor and they said the same thing happened to them. The mice made it into their living space. Hopefully we get it resolved before that happens.
Belinda - Great that you did well and the MRI's are over with. It is so hard to sit still for an hour! Happy to hear Sadie is doing well. I remember it being pricey to get our dogs teeth cleaned. I'm sure it's gone up in price too.

Today I walked outside. I am taking it easy until I see the cardiologist on the end of this month.
Debbie - thank you. They have you strapped in a helmet to keep your head still. I probably couldn‘t move if I tried, lol. The dogs dental cleaning is expensive. Oh no, about the critters in the attic. Remember we had a mouse in the living room last year. Now, my neighbor has 2 cats. They love to hang out around our house, lol. DH does like it because the jumped on our SUV. They do keep the critters away. We also called past control. Nice job on your walk and zoom yoga.

Got a call from the Neurologist this morning. They found a 2 mm aneurysm in my brain He is sending me to Neurosurgery..Not what I was expecting to hear today. It just doesn‘t stop! I have no idea what I can do or shouldn‘t do workout wise?
