'Evening! Today was circuit 3 and then dinner with my uncle and sister. Mentioned to my husband the other day, that we need to have social circles to help with aging. He told me my family provides plenty of social circles for us! He's right.

Deb, two walks with each dog! Boy, you could get a job as a dog walker! I bet the two different sizes would make it hard to walk them at the same time. How are they getting along?

Belinda, the decision re your medical plan is a big one, especially with your family history. I would be asleep if I had done all you do in a day.

Hi,

Today was a short walk outside and Cathe Gym Style Chest & Tri's. It was humid & hot but a breeze when we walked so not too bad.

Belinda - Great job with JS TB Circuit 3. Wow, 2 hours of dancing, I would have needed a nap

Cookie - Great job with Circuit 3. It's nice you and Belinda are doing the same rotation. You are lucky to have family so close by.

'Evening! Did Cardio Party today. Not sure why I haven't done it before, b/c it was fun! This evening was my book club's picnic. Someone had a really good Moroccan salad, that now I want to find the recipe for.

Deb, We had heavy rain last evening, which broke the humidity, but it sure is hot. Not as hot as southern Europe, TG. It is nice to be doing the same routine as Belinda.

Today I did another dance class.

Debbie - great job on your walk and GS Chest and Tricsets. The belly dance classes are lot of fun, very repetitive. Lots of techniques.

Cookie - Cardio Party is so fun. The Moroccan salad sounds good. It’s nice you doing the same workouts I do. I don’t know what to do about the new meds? I have to make my mind up until Monday.

Today was a short walk & yoga. We went to go visit my Mom. Lots of traffic, think people were leaving work early to travel for 4th of July.

Belinda - Great job with your dance workout I thought I remember you saying you gave Sadie something for dealing with fireworks. If so I was wondering what it is?

Cookie - A book club picnic sounds like fun. Isn't it amazing how you can do a search and find recipes of food you like. Cardio Party is an oldie but goodie, brings back good memories.

Today I did 2 live dance workout. So fun. Today was a rest day from JS.

Debbie - nice job on your walk and yoga. Does your mom live far from you? Glad you got to visit her. Traffic is horrible for the 4th of July.

Cookie - what did you end up doing today? I reviewed the JS schedule for next week. Looks great.
