I have no idea why im up so early other than to chat online in PEACE and QUIET,LOL. My DD is home this week so that means that her and ds are always either playing or fightingx(.
ive got some nice UB DOMS from yesterdays workout. Today is going to be a nice long Powerwalk on the TM while watching 'Becoming Jane' I hope its good and not boring.
Lori-so,how many days of cardio are you planning on your new rotation? Glad to hear everyone is starting to feel a little bit better!

Sara-Ive gotten to were I love lowimpact cardio,LOL}( eversince i hurt my ankle its been SO sore after doing a high impact step. So, lately ive been doing low impact and its nice. I think I will stay away from high impact for a while,so my ankle can fully recover. Stinks having an injury don't it x( ! Im happy to hear your knee is getting better

Cheryl-Yeah,i had to copy you yesterday;-). I just love that PH,i have to pull it out every now and then! I do have some awesome doms from it too...i increased on everything too. Its surprising how much we can lift if we just focus huh? How is your program coming along?
