Hi girls,

I am done with iTrain 19! WOW! What a sweat fest! No hills!:) I love that one!


DH wants to take me to Lago di Garda /Gardasee (Garda Lake)Italy this weekend (Friday, Saturday and Sunday)! I am so excited! My younger sister is down there now! I love Lago di Garda and off course the shopping! Very beautyful! Gardasee is only 100km from Milan and 130 km from Venice! I really have to watch what I eat in Italy! I have never eaten better Pizza other than Italy!9 :* I do have to double up my workouts this week! LOL! Oh, we will take the dogs with us!

Belinda...I'm so jealous. You will have a blast in Italy, I'm sure. So that's so awesome that you are close enough to travel to such wonderful places!!! Awesome TM workout too!

Lori...Good luck on your new rotation and diet. I can't wait to hear how it goes. I have not started back full force with cardio (unfortunately!). I'm still trying to take it easy...so it's low impact, careful cardio for me. I'm dying to go full force...but I really want my knee to heel fully this time...plus I want to be able to run that 10K in a little over a month. So it's slow and easy for me. Hopefully, I won't gain a bunch of weight before I can start back into some tough cardio. Yesterday my eating was horrid!! I couldn't stop eating bad stuff...all day long.

Amelia...glad you were able to fit in UB yesterday! my knee is starting to feel better...just not 100% yet. I'm trying to be super careful with it. thanks for asking!!!

Cheryl--good job with cardio fusion yesterday!

Good Morning:)

Everyone is starting to feel a little better here. My nose is still stuffed up but atleast DS didn't wake up with stuff crusted on his nose today AND he is in an awesome mood:) Yesterday morning I was ready to run away b/c he did so much whining! Ugh!

Im not sure if I reported yesterdays workout but it was what I planned on doing. My chest is sooo sore today! Today is cardio and back. Pretty sure my back will be sore tomorrow as well.

I think DS and I are going to go hang out with a friend shortly. She as the cold to so Im gonna skip the other baby group cause I don't want to give anyone this cold! Certainly not a baby!

Belinda** Add me to the jealousy list! I can't beleive you can just go to places like that! How nice!!!! Good job with the workout today!

Sara** My eating is alot better when I workout as well. When I don't workout I tend to be bored and pick at things I shouldn't eat...oh and the scale goes up pretty fast for me as well when I don't get my cardio in (probably b/c of the eating) Im sure you won't gain that much weight and you will be ready for your 10k in no time!

Good Morning girls!

I have no idea why im up so early other than to chat online in PEACE and QUIET,LOL. My DD is home this week so that means that her and ds are always either playing or fightingx(.

ive got some nice UB DOMS from yesterdays workout. Today is going to be a nice long Powerwalk on the TM while watching 'Becoming Jane' I hope its good and not boring.

Lori-so,how many days of cardio are you planning on your new rotation? Glad to hear everyone is starting to feel a little bit better!

Belinda-How exciting! Have fun on your trip to Lago di Garda /Gardasee. I bet Italian pizza is delish...i would love to try it one day! pizza is my favorite.

Sara-Ive gotten to were I love lowimpact cardio,LOL}( eversince i hurt my ankle its been SO sore after doing a high impact step. So, lately ive been doing low impact and its nice. I think I will stay away from high impact for a while,so my ankle can fully recover. Stinks having an injury don't it x( ! Im happy to hear your knee is getting better:) will both be hopping around the step in no time;-) LOL at your woop,woop...my sister is always doing that!

Cheryl-Yeah,i had to copy you yesterday;-). I just love that PH,i have to pull it out every now and then! I do have some awesome doms from it too...i increased on everything too. Its surprising how much we can lift if we just focus huh? How is your program coming along?

Carrie,Stacey,Kristine-how are you guys doing today?

thought i'd check back in...i tried to do some low impact cardio this morning and my knee was sooo sore that I had to stop. I think I must have overdid it yesterday after work when I did an hour of cardio (even thought it was pretty low impact). I ended going back to sleep for an hour with an ice pack on it because i didn't want to push it. My doctor said to use my body as a guide so that's what I did. I am pretty upset about it...but I guess this just means it needs a little more time. I told you guys...I'm just not used to this whole injury thing! haha. I am going to have to start really focusing on my eating so I don't blow up during this time. Thank goodness tomorrow is another upperbody workout. At least I have those to look forward to!!

Sara-You are very wise to listen to your body, thats the best thing you can do right now! I know its frustrating:-(! Im sending your knee some healing vibes...i hope its gets better for ya!

Hey to everybody:)

I finshed my 60min Powerwalk and I watched Becoming Jane while doing it. Great movie! it started a little slow but its a good. My ankle was so sore when i finished. I may have ice and elevate it tonight. and take it easy on thursdays cardio...maybe do a 30min powerwalk instead! I don't want to cause anymore damage with it!

anyway...everybody have a great night:)
