Good Morning!

How did you manage to start 2 threads all on your own today? LOL:) You must have clicked "post" twice! hehe! Atleast you got the date right today! haha;) Im pretty witty for only 5:30 in the morning!!

I am up early to get my workout in before work. Im doing Tris and a run. Im kind of looking forward to going to work! LOL Ive been stuck in the house for 3 days with a sick child and I neeeeeed to break free! DH can have him for the day!}(

Should get my workout started or I am going to run out of time!

Hey girls

Today is suppose to be my rest/free day.Im thinking about doing a 45minute powerwalk on the TM.And i will only have a cheat meal though;-).

Well,my WI was today and no change from yesterday and its actually up .6,but i also did a VERY heavy weight workout yesterday so I was kinda expecting it! maybe there will be a lost next week:). Im just glad i didn't gain any serious weight from last week:).

Belinda-I have a sister inlaw named glenda and I keep calling her belinda?,LOL. Great job with your workout! Have fun with your siste today! You guys got any special plans?

Lori-Enjoy that workout,and your work time;-). I was thinking the same thing about work! Can't wait to have a break from hearing the word 'mommie,I want" x(!

Were taking the kids to a petting zoo later today,should be fun! They are sooooo excited too!

Hey Girls!

Well, I put 2 dogs out before my workout and only one came backx( Im sure he will be back before the day is over. I guess we will have to start putting him in his kennel again b/c hes not to be trusted!

I did GS&PUB Tris and a 5 mile run. Got into a fit of coughing while running! (not good) and to stop and catch my breath.It was a good workout, just the same but Im thinking that my appetite isn't going to be up to par today, which is o.k b/c I ate enough chocolate yesterday to cover a teenager in pimples for the rest of their life!:eek:

Ameila** I can't get anything done when I am home. He is at the age that if I take him from room to room to tidy up, he starts opening things and making a bigger mess! Sometimes I can sneak away for a couple of mins but not very often!

Happy Saturday Ladies!

Well I gave core synergistics a shot the other day and didn't get very far. There was much more lunging, etc. in that dvd than I originally thought. My knee still feels tender which sucks...but I think I'm going to start back to weights today (at least upper body). I'm sorry to keep complaining about my knee...but it's just so frustrating.

Lori--Glad you get to get out of the house today...even if you have to go to work. Keep fighting that flu!

Belinda--Have fun with your cardio today!!

Amelia--Hope you have a great time at the zoo today.

Today I plan to clean and run some errands...exciting day! haha.

I'm checking back in. Well thank goodness for my vast exercise video/dvd collection (i never get rid of anything)...I went through my collection and pulled out my most LOW IMPACT videos. I did a 38 minute dance cardio video (one of the first videos I actually ever bought. I had a knee brace on for extra support. While I obviously wasn't able to get my heart rate up to where it normally is with a cathe cardio dvd (or running)...I was still able to get it into the fat burning zone--without stressing my knee! Afterwards I did the upper body and abs sections of cathe's TMS dvd. I did them with light to medium weights since I didn't want to start in with heavy weights until tomorrow or monday when I begin my next P90x rotation. Anywho...it wasn't the best workout combination, but it was SOMETHING and I'm happy about that. I'm going to go ice my knee like the dr. recommended I do after a workout. So hopefully before long, I'll be back to 100%.

Hi, everyone!

Finally posting. DH got my new Christmas workout t.v. mounted to the wall this morning. It's great! I can swivel it to point at my step workout area or at the TM. Tried it out tonight with LIC, all of it. Forgot how much I like this workout as written - haven't done too many circuits in awhile. It was just right.

Belinda, love that LIS/HIS combo! Good cardio workout.

Lori, looks like you got a nice workout in. Sorry about the coughing.

Amelia, sounds like a good day for you.

Sara - wow - you are really going through it, girl! Glad you found some low impact choices to do the trick. Very frustrating, I'm sure.
