Today I will do cardio, not sure what yet? Maybe I'll go to the gym?

Hey girls..quick check in here,im getting ready for work. Today is a rest day since i haven't had one this week so far. My kids are going over to my moms this evening to spend the night, awwwww relief at last;) My niece will be over there too...can't wait to get my kisses! Have a great day! Hey Ladies:)

No workout for me yet. I went on call last night and got the call that I had to be here by 6:00....so I knew there was no way I could workout before work. In the end I didn't have to be here until 7 but I just rolled over and got some more z's! Not only that...I was STARVING all day yesterday! I am thinking that this working out in the morning really isn't to my advantage. Maybe I would be better off sleeping in a little and not working out until after dinner? I ran yesterday for 5 miles and beleive me....I ate waaaay more then I burned yesterday. But I have been here for 5 hours so far and am really not that hungry. Im going to try it!

Soooo I am hoping to workout tonight but I have to come back here at 10:30. Im not sure if I can pull it off, it may have to be a rest day. Problem is, time goes ahead tonight...so I probably won't workout tomorrow morning either cause I will be late going to bed, plus lose an hour of sleep:rolleyes: Ugh! Maybe I should really try to get that workout in tonight:eek:

Ameila** Enjoy your day at work! Are there any talks of getting more hours? How is DH's job hunting going?

Belinda** Have a good workout! I hate these delimas when I am working!

Oh...got another $20 tip today:) Thats $80 american dollars I have stashed away for my trip!

Hello everyone,
I hope that you are having a blessed day. I am really struggling with motivation. I don't remember the last time that I worked out and forget about eating clean. I know that I need to kick it into gear but it is hard. I just started a new job and I am still living with my sister since my move to vegas to space is very limited. I am determined to get there though. Going through a divorce has taken a lot of my mental energy (I am doing much better now).

Almost afternoon here. I will be doing Disc 3 Legs today. We are going to dinner early 6PM (for me & hubby at least). This is actually late for my M&FIL & SIL's they like to go at 5PM. I think I will have dessert tonight since it is my MIL's 70th b-day.

Belinda - You will love, love Cardio Coach's. It what helps me get thru my TM workouts.

Lori - Your working a lot of hours this weekend. How exciting you get all those tips!!

Amelia - You'll get to relax with kiddie's going to grandma's. Have fun:)

Trish - It is such a beautiful day today, I'm glad you're feeling better.

Trish K - Sending you encouraging thoughts for all that you are going thru.
 
Belinda - I saw your post over in open discussion. I think you need to attach the ipod to your computer go into itunes and look under devices (left side) for your ipod icon and drag cardio coach to your ipod icon.

I hope this helps you, not very good with technical stuff, just try and wing it.
 
OMG! Debbie!I will give you a big ((((HUG)))) It worked:eek::D I am having a headache with that stuff! It's already to late to do my workout, I will do it tomorrow! Maybe I will go to the gym and do CC V2! It's on my ipod, I am doing the happy dance:eek::p

Afternoon ladies,

What a great day it is today....we hit 70 degrees today and the kids and I are loving it. Makes me want to get back to working out sooner....soooooo, I am jumping on the eliptical for the first time in over a week. Can't wait to break a sweat. CC is having a phenomenal sale so I bought all the volumes that I was missing and will probably try volume 4 today. Hope it's a goodie:)

Belinda - I can't wait to hear how you like CC. I'm telling you, vol 5 is kick a$$. If you do vol 2 let me know how you like it.

Amelia - Enjoy your rest day today and a night off from the kiddies;)

Lori - Sounds like your schedule this weekend is nuts! Hope you get your wo out in.

TrishK - It is really hard to get back in the wo and eating groove and I'm sure right now is an emotional time for you. You might want to start with setting really small goals for yourself each day, like eating a healthy breakfast and lunch and allowing yourself one bad snack/meal or doing 15 mins of some exercise. It may not do much for you physically, but mentally it might help you get re-focused. Good luck!

Trish, I didn'trealize you were such a cc fan. I have a few, and now I think I should pull them out again.
Well, I didn't do disc 9 last night or today. I'm so aggravated! As I was rushing to another meeting yesterday, I tripped over the uneven sidewalk and sprained my wrist and hand. I'm typing this with one hand. Believe it or not my 1st thought was oh -----, I should have done 9! The pain medication has allowed me to take a nap. Guess this will be a rest week or two. Really am annoyed since I was loving STS. Am hoping I get back to it in under a week. This too a long time one-handed.

Well, workout is complete. I ended up doing CC6 instead of 4 since it was longer. The sprints really got me this time. I burned 454 calories in 51 minutes and 6.61 miles. Also added on Pilates Abs. My body needed that!

Deb - I missed you earlier!! Have fun at your dinner and have some dessert for me!!

Cookie - Oh my goodnes!! You're second person I know who tripped over a sidewalk. My BFF skinned her knees. I hope you're injuries are better soon. I know what a bummer it is to be sidelined with injuries! Take it easy;)

Amelia - I bought some of the No Pudge brownie mix you mentioned a few weeks ago. Not sure when I will get around to making them, but wanted to have them on hand just in case:D

Oh, Cookie, I just got hooked on CC not to long ago. Since I couldn't do step or kickboxing because of my knee I bought a cross trainer and iTrain and CC mp3 workouts. I LOVE CC but wish there were more of them. I own all of iTrain but have only used them once or twice for cardio:confused: I do like the yoga workouts on iTrain.
