Good morning girls,

Hope you all had a great Thanksgiving! My eating was super clean yesterday:D Today I will do a 60 min. bike ride!

Who is shopping on Black Friday? I am online right now, to see if I get good deals!

I have to clean my house, do some shopping! BBL!
 
Good Morning!

How is everyone? I missed yesterdays checkin. I set the alarm to workout before work but I couldn't pull myself out of bed. I was just to tired, so I got a 4.6 mile run in last night. I was aiming for 5 miles but had to run to the washroom:rolleyes:

Belinda** Good idea with the shopping. I may have a look around myself. I love VS clothes but the duty/shipping kills it! The Canadian dollor is still quit good but not as good as it once was.

I have no big plans for the day. DS will be having a nap b/c he didn't have one at the sitters the last 2 days and he wasn't fit to look at around 6:30 in the evening. So while he naps I will workout, definitly something with weights. And Im thinking about pulling out my christmas decorations and putting up my tree.

Lori-Good job getting in that run last night! We went ahead and put up our tree wednesday...or i should say DH and the kids did...i was so ill i went to read:rolleyes:.

Well,today is the day! The day after thanksgiving! the day i will stop whinning about the extra weight on the scale(7lbs now:() and do something about it! The day I will start counting my calories agian and working out like i use too. The day that starts the first day of my goal size 8:D.

I plan on losing atleast 4lbs before christmas....that will put me below 180. Right now im at 187.8:eek::eek::eek: Confused? Four days ago I weighed 181.2,so i know the majority of my weight gain is water!

Today is The Day,And im going to kick butt!:D:D:D

im sporting some doms today in my legs,i forgot to mention that i was very sore yesterday....today will be a ub workout and a short run on the TM. (sorry for the dramatic announcement,but thats how I psych myself out,lol:eek::))

Where is everybody? Guess busy with the holiday season!

workout done! Upper body Muscle Endurance(fitv version) then I did a twenty minute run! Burned 371 cals!

Hi, everybody! I tripped on my a.m. run and messed up my knee pretty back Tuesday morning. What a klutz. So I missed Wed and Thurs workouts, but did make it up with a nice combination of MM abs, PUB ups only and a little cardio today.

I will be fine to run again tomorrow. My knee is still pretty chewed up but it's not hurting so bad anymore.

Belinda, good job on your clean eating yesterday! That took some willpower.

Lori, 4.6 when you meant to go 5 miles? Horrors! You deserve to cut yourself a little break now and then. I'm impressed you got out at all. Enjoy the shopping!

Amelia, yep, I bet the near term gain is mostly water. If you stick with mostly protein, veggies and lots of water for the next couple of days it will probably be gone. I'll do it with you, okay? I haven't weighed in awhile. I know I'm not at my worst, but certainly not at my best either. The big press tour kind of threw me off track. Was so grateful to have the business, but it didn't do great things for my fitness, plus I caught a bad cold (nearly gone now, though)

Let's make this the best holiday season ever!!! Most of my shopping is done. I made a run to Targets Wed night and got a Bumbo Seat for my little grandson (Lori, have you seen those?) and got most of my shopping done then. I ordered Nano's and ipod speakers for my Russian daughter and son. Everyone else is easy.

DH wanted a big bottle of Aqua Di Gio, so I have that. He and I agreed to get just one present for each other this year, since we invested so heavily in getting the new building for our business. So he won't be surprised, but I know he'll like it.

Long run for me tomorrow. How about everyone else??

'Evening!

Hope everyone had a wonderful Thanksgiving! I'm finally over that nasty bug I had - it was over a week, and then we lost our Internet connection for a few days. Today I spent an hour on the phone with the satellite provider who finally agreed to mail us a new modem, of course not overnight, but arrival expected in 3-5 business days. Well, then a little bit ago, my son announced hey it's up and working. Go figure! But I sure am thankful it's back. Felt like I was living in the dark ages or something.

Belinda, ohhh lobster sounds good. We had turkey and ham and lots of side dishes.

Lori, did you get your tree and decorations up? I saw a couple of cars today with trees on their roofs, so it is definitely the season. My husband always likes to get it early. When he was a kid, his parents never got the tree until Christmas Eve, so I guess we have to make up for that part of his childhood.

Belinda, is that a German tradition - getting the tree on Christmas Eve?

Amelia, I'm with you on the commitment! And I like the enthusiasm. I'm going to allow myself one cheat day a week, and so this week was Thanksgiving. My evening munch snack tonight is green pepper strips.

Trish, I thought of you yesterday when I was cooking! How did it go for you? My family laughs at me, but I have to make up a little timetable of what to do when so that I don't end up worrying about everything being done at the wrong times. I think I'm going to do FF's December rotation.

Kristine, hope you're feeling better. I had something that knocked me out for about ten days. When is your flight?

Kim, how's everything with you? What did you do yesterday?

Cheryl, wow, most of your shopping is done already?!! That's great. Haven't really done much. Did start a list of possible items for people though.

Did treadmill on Tuesday, and made it through about half of the Gauntlet on Wednesday. Usually that one isn't bad for me, but after being ill it really was killing me. By yesterday I was feeling back to normal and did Imax 2 blast mania and then a kettlebell workout. Today was B&G, then LowMax step only with all 7 blasts at the end.
Anyone else thinking of doing FF's December rotation? I like that it is already posted so I won't be wondering on Monday when Cathe's latest will be posted. Since I workout early in the morning, I like to know the evening before.
