CLX Weight Logs - Updated

Hi ladies, I took the logs you sent me and updated them. All of the extreme exercises weren't included originally, as well a couple of the other exercises. Also, before, we didn't have an entry for each leg/arm many times if the exercise was done individually for each leg/arm, so I added that (in case we can't do the same # reps or something, or need a different weight) I also added Chalene's benchmark weights where she said them, like our Cathe worksheets.

Anyone want these? Just send me an email: [email protected]

How cool! Thanks for updating! Been on my to do list all week... I sent you an email!
Really really appreciate it!

Why would you want to work each side differently?
Just curious, since it's not something I would ever do.

I made my own sheets, with a space for comments (something I find missing on many of the log sheets I've seen---I like making comments on my exercises!).

me too....me too

You are fantastic!!!! Add me to the list please.....I just emailed you. Thanks:D

Kathryn, I wouldn't want to either. I just didn't know if maybe sometimes a person might fail at 10 reps on one arm and 11 reps on the other - I've never worked to actual failure so much so I didn't know if it would always be so even all the time. Also, if you wanted to make a note for the different arm/leg, now there's an entry for each individual set of reps, and since there are spaces under each entry, there's lots of room to makes notes now.

I've sent them out to everyone else who sent me an email as of now. If you didn't get it, let me know!
