hi everyone - active bunch!! and you are all so motivating - i am the lone slacker, not by choice
yesterday was rough for me. i did workout - an hour of floor work. otherwise i did not do anything except bake - bread for my neighbor who helped me this week and choc chip cookies for dh to take on his trip monday. as for MY eating, well, i had 1/2 a cookie and otherwise ate clean, but too many cals, know what i mean? today is a new day. i did bm2 double upper body and am going to swim later. please please pray that come thursday i get cleared for biking or an elliptical!! i am really trying not to feeel srry for myself, but some times are harder than others!

kate, glad you got a good workout in and enjoy some rest today and family time.
katie, great job with the run. there are so many different ways to be fit, and when you accomplish something you did not think you could do, it feels great, doesn't it? i ama runner at heart and miss it so much, like part of me is gone.
angie, i'd miss cathe if i took another step class too, but it sounds like it was fun. are you normally a gym goer or home exerciser?
klaudia, great workout! how are you training for your 5k? do you run outside or on a treadmill?
katie, great job keeping eats clean and resisting. the cookie dough was so tempting - i settled for 4 choc chips
todays eats will be low cal for sure!!
b - cottage cheese, fib 1, fruit
s - fruit and string cheese
l - leftover chick, veg, yougart
s - nuts and veg
d - ???? soup and salad maybe? it is dh's last homecooked meal for 3 weeks, so i will see what he wants, but my dinner will be clean!
