Katie, usually is .8g-1g/kg of body weight for protein. If you workout (all of us), we can go slightly higher. Sodium is always high, ignore that altogether. So if you're 138ish lbs, that's 62.7 kg, so protein roughly, 63-75ish grams/day. Fat should be about 30% of our daily intake, percentages mean more. At daily plate you can have them adjust your calorie goals based on if you want to lose weight etc. I was told at my weight and height, i needed about 2000cal/day to lose a lb or so a week, based on rough estimates, activity level etc. When i did my Mon-Friday numbers, i was at like 1400-1600, and noticed i'm really only have about 50 ish grams of fat, and im hungry all the time and eat the house on Saturday!!
