Katie, usually is .8g-1g/kg of body weight for protein. If you workout (all of us), we can go slightly higher. Sodium is always high, ignore that altogether. So if you're 138ish lbs, that's 62.7 kg, so protein roughly, 63-75ish grams/day. Fat should be about 30% of our daily intake, percentages mean more. At daily plate you can have them adjust your calorie goals based on if you want to lose weight etc. I was told at my weight and height, i needed about 2000cal/day to lose a lb or so a week, based on rough estimates, activity level etc. When i did my Mon-Friday numbers, i was at like 1400-1600, and noticed i'm really only have about 50 ish grams of fat, and im hungry all the time and eat the house on Saturday!!

Steph what is this analysis thing you do? Is there a website?

Shirl enjoy P90X I always watch the informercial but I don't really think I would like something like that. I have a hard enough time keeping to rotation.

Hi Katie and Robin.

My menu started out kind of clean and then my damn sweet tooth kicks in.

b-shredded wheat
s-bagel w. cc
l-salad with chicken and pistachios
s-3 pieces of choc carmels
s-ww cake and ff milk
s- small choc canoli
d- crabcakes and salad

Maybe tomorrow will be better. At least I have been logging my meals. I have no clue as to what my calorie counts but I am more aware of what is going in my mouth.

Steph, I tried to get on to the daily plate but my air card is so slow up this mtn I can't stand it - will try this weekend.

Jenn, How are ya doin'? I don't stray to P90x either - too loyal to Cathe! I understand completely about the day starting good. I do awesome til lunch, but after that it gets harder and harder. Good to see you tonight.
