how many of you do circuits or full body routines for your weight lifting only and don't do regular splits? what results have you noticed doing this type of training instead of other splits? do you typically do them mon, wednesday, friday? do you feel full bodys are only for beginners (this is what i have read) but i do disagree b/c it depends on the weight lifted. thanks

I love to do circuits or full body routines. My body is stronger and firmer.
Here is my workout schedule for last week:
Turbo Sculpt (Full Body Routine)
Cathe KPC on FitTv (Cardio)
Shape Transforming WO#2 (Full Body Weights)
Turbo Jam Cardio Party 3 (Cardio)
Squeeze/IBallet 1 (Full Body Workout)
Turbo Jam Fat Blaster (Cardio) Squeeze (Power 30min)

I need more cardio - I build muscle easily and tend to bulk with consistant heavy weight routines, so I've been doing more Circuits/Total Body workouts. I will toss in a week of heavy weights to shake things up every now and again - or I'll do a 3 to 4 week rotation with heavy weights, but I do better with Circuits/Total Body. Oddly - my strength has not lessened. I used to do a lot of heavy weights, and I have all of my charts with the weights I used - I'm at the same or heavier when I lift heavy now. go figure.

I'm doing a modified August '05 rotation - which is pretty tough. But here's what I'm doing (I like to do high impact every other day, so I have been subbing Spinervals for the cardio only days):

M - BODY MAX.
T - Spinervals - Zoot Challenge and rolling hills of Hillacious
W - HSTA with KM Leg Sculpting drills
R- Imax Two (or Spinerval) plus segment three of Core Max
F - BodyMax 2
S - Bike/Hike
S- off
