::: CHEETAH BABES ::: Monday

Dallas...good job getting you workout in early. Thanks, I don't always listen to my body well, but this time it feels like I really have to. I listened to Brenda's interview too. I trained for one of my marathons without any pain what so ever and 13 miles into it, I felt my ITB...those last 13.2 miles were sheer torture...but I was happy nothing broke!

Wendi..great run today!!! I bet you will do great in the HM..enjoy the day with your SO.

Christine...you could use the Quorn products for a chicken sub. They do have some chicken like chunks: http://www.quorn.us//cmpage.aspx?pageid=462&productid=147 Way to go on the weight loss after the weekend away...:)

Lorie..I posted in the OAL thread that your workout made me tired!!...:D

Kritsi...congrats on the new purchases! No DH is not doing the exercises yet...but, I have blackmailed him to start tomorrow...:D

Jackie...I heard somewhere the rates were really going to drop soon. Good job with Slo-mo C&B.

It was cold and clear this morning, about 29. Clouds are moving in and they are teasing about snow again tomorrow...:)

Good evening Cheetahs!

Well, the "moderately rolling hills" on this course looked like speed bumps compared to what we tackled this morning. I'm definitely not scared of this monster anymore :D. It is a beautiful course though with about half of it run right along the edges of the lakes....NICE!

Christine - My posting buddy! Thanks honey! Congrats on the loss after the week away! That's saying something. Those Turkish Get Ups sound tough!

Lorie - I wish it were 100 for me...closer to 85 or 90, depending on how hard I'm pushing. Great mish mosh today *then* BBC...that's just nuts }(! I hope you enjoyed every second of that massage.

BRB...computer is about to freeze up!

I was able to head my computer off at the pass and stop it before it got a brainfreeze.

Kristi - Congrats on the killer spending spree ;). I am so tempted by STS but I'm still on the fence about it. Thanks for asking about my infection. I would have to say that there is improvement but only a little. We'll see...

Jackie - It's sometimes a great feeling knowing that you need to up the weights for the next workout. Makes me feel *strong like bull* lol. Will we get pics of the house when it's done?

Carole - There's an interview with Brenda...how did I miss that? Thanks again! Sooooo did it snow again?

Tomorrow will be a rest day...more work necessitated than because of today's run. I did decide today that I WILL drop 5lbs by race day and that should make it even easier. I am a bit bulkier than I'd like right now so I'm making a big push to tighten up my diet again. Have a fabulous night everyone!

kristi-it was wierd because i had the pain kind of in my eye so i went to the ophthalmologist about a hundred times testing different things. when he couldn't figure anything out, i went to the ENT. i was glad someone figured out what was going on. i remember one time i was sitting with sadie and she heard something and jumped up and her big, fat head jammed me right in the nose. i was SURE i was bleeding or it was broken but i wasn't bleeding and it didn't look out of place. it was sore for a couple of days and that was it. maybe that's when i got the bone spur...

christine-yay for your pound loss!

carole-i think when i start doing these intense workouts, it's more as a stress reliever than anythig else. i just feel so clear and relaxed when i am working out.

wendi-i have no idea what it is for a mile. i guess if i am ever cleared to run again, i will find out. the mish mosh today was fun. i think i might do something similar tomorrow.

i ended up deciding not to go to matchbox 20. the friend i was going with has some issues with her son that she needs to take care of. we got the tickets for free because her hubby is a manager of the arena. she offered the tickets to me but i just wasn't that into it when it came down to it.

i had a full-body trigger point massage. my piriformis must be getting better because it didn't hurt very badly when she got in there and she said she was in there pretty deep. she said that i "release" well and that she did notice my whole right side is less relaxed and has more active trigger points than my left (guess that's why my bursitis and piriformis syndrome is on my right side). she told me to go home and soak in an epsom salt bath, which i did (i had a book and some incense) and am now thoroughly relaxed.

well, you lovely ladies. i hope you all are having a relaxing evening.

quickie post from me to say i just finished p90X+ UB (no time for the rest of my planned workout) and all i can say is WOW!! i do not even know where i am finding the strength to lift my arms to type}( }( :7 . tony is just so freakin' awesome!!!

nighty, night ladies:7

Hey Cheetahs!

I'm here for my last shot at personals for the night. When I'm done I have to get the munchkin to bed and then get goin' with my yoga for the evening. :)

Cathy: Sorry about that nightmare. That be like me having a nightmare that I couldn't work out! Hope you got alot accomplished today!

Sunny: That's right! I haven't seen Evan Almighty yet but I need to!!! The guy in Evan Almighty is a trip too! He was in the 40 year old Virgin! :7 If Upper+ left you limp, imagine what it's going to do to me!! I guess I'll find out next week!}(

Shelly: You might be moving to PA!? That would be fab if you were closer to the eastern border cause then we could GTG alot more often!:) So I hear you may be joining Wendi and I for an HM this summer or even just a GTG?

Kristi: Sorry about your sinitus issues. My BF has sinus issues as well. I can't relate personally but I know from listening to her how miserable it can make a person. ((((hugs)))

Christine: Glad you like the kettlebell concept. I haven't allowed myself to be enabled on that one yet but perhaps I will post X+! ;)

Wendi: Cathe can be hard to get to as she only teaches during the week but if we can swing it, heck ya! June is fine for me!!!

Lorie: Ripped 1000 cardio on the bosu, ey? I'll have to try that one! Thanks!

Carole: I always eye up the adjustable weights but I have most of the DB's I need for now so I feel bad buying the adjustable ones now. x( It's not often I find a piece of equipment or a work out that I can't justify...the adjustable db's is one of the first! LOL

Dallas: So when are you thinking of starting the X now? In a month? Have fun with GS. They are rockin' work outs!

Jackie: How's the house coming along?

Okay, I think I am pretty much caught up now. DS is actually already in bed. I took a break from writing this post to get him tucked away. :+

So I was originally going to use SS for my recovery this week but with the recent acquisition of TJ and KBX you KNOW I had to change that up!!!:p So here's my plan for the week, including today's work out:

M)TJ 20 min cardio / yoga
T)TJ Turbo Sculpt/ KBX (combos 2/3/4)
W)TJ Cardio Party
R)TJ Ab Jam/Run
F)TJ Turbo Sculpt (no abs)/KBX (combos 3/4/5)
S)TJ Punch, Kick & Jam/ TJ Ab Jam
S)Yoga/Rest Day

Well, I'm off to decide which yoga work out to do!;)
