Hi Charlotte,


That is great that you don't have to watch what you eat. How do you do it? I saw your pictures, you look great!

I never said I DON'T have to watch what I eat. LOL! I watch very closely what I put in my mouth....think about it all the time Cathe's workouts have really made a difference for me!
I tend to stick with:

Yogurt
Cheese Sticks
Trail Mix
Raw Veggies dipped in Ranch dressing
Raw Fruit...love watermelon!
Walnuts
Protein Bars
Cottage Cheese
Salads
Tuna, Chicken or Beef

I don't binge on ice cream, candy, donuts, etc. I will treat myself to pizza maybe twice a month, but never eat more than 2 slices of the thin crust style, but instead I fill up on salad. Ocassionally, I do have a hard time with cravings during TTOM, but I don't give in and just like to substitute things to get over the cravings. I will eat a Atkins Advantage Bar instead of a hershey's bar, etc. Sometimes I just will put a lifesaver in mouth and that does it. My flavored green tea will sometimes get me over the hump to or a piece of sugar free gum.

Thanks for the compliment though, that is sweet of you to say. I think no matter what size you are that everyone needs to watch what they eat for the sake of good health.

Charlotte, You are my hero! I wish I never gave in to my cravings:) I have to be careful as sometimes if I take one bite I say well I blew it and wind up eating till I am bloated. So yes I have a binge day every now and then and I hate myself for it. A cruel joke god played on us...have to eat to live but if it is to tastey its probably bad and willmake us fat! I need your will power Charlotte. For the most part I do well so I guess I shouldn't beat myself up. Anyway I just wanted to say I admire you:)

Sorry, I asked the question in a wrong way.
In a previous topic you had the following reply:

I just wanted to know how you do it. I hope I didn’t hurt your feelings.

I totally agree with Terri. I wish I had your discipline and will power. How sad is that, you cannot send willpower by PM.

No hurt or hard feelings here, thats for sure! Yeah, I just meant along those lines, for example...if I see a donut then I see a big butt, that is where my mental pictures start working for me and I won't get the donut, etc. LOL

I wish I had the same will power when it comes to Cardio...somebody send some of that my way...please!!!
