Well I woke up feeling queezy today so no workout this morning. I'm hoping to take advantage of the time change to get back to some morning workouts. Maybe tomorrow. Hope everyone enjoyed their weekend.

My rotation calls for 4ds HIS/C&B, but since ive never learned HIS i will sub another step....

Good Morning,

I am down another 2lbs this morning, 117lbs thats 8lbs in 1 month. I have also lost another inch in my waist and baby pooch. I think I am going to try Debbies Dec rotation again.

Jean-sorry you aren't feeling well.

Amelia-let me know what you subbed for it.

Roxie: Are you still taking the diet pill?

This morning I did 4DS HIS with a riser and burned 208 cal. I also did the ab work form LIS
and walked for 2.5 miles with the pumpkin eating puppy. I burned another 141 cals on my walk.

Our puppy started to eat my son's carefully carved pumpkin the other day. I played the hero and
saved the pumpkin from an untimely death. It survived Halloween and the puppy.

Hey girls, i finished 4ds HIS/chest & back earlier. I decided to go ahead and do the HIS and it wasn't too bad, that third combo had a bit dizzy though...its alot to take in at one time:confused: It was a fun sweat fest. burned 450 all together. I think im going to like doing this rotation.

Roxie-WTG on your weightloss girlfriend! thats fabulous!!! Have a great workout today!

I was awake this morning but didn't want to get out of bed it was to warm it was that way yesterday to. Tonite is SB combos 1,2, and 3.

Amelia-I never think straight until I get some caffine in me. Have fun with your workout.

Ive got some doms in my chest from yesterday..im sure i will have doms in my back tomorrow,KBing workouts always do that to me...

Hi Jean and Andrea!!

This morning I did STS Disc1(chest,shoulders,bis) for about 30 min. and Disc 3 (legs) for another 30min. ended with B&G strech.Then took puppy for a walk but was interupted with a call from DS(15) school. The whole H1N1 thing has the schools in a panic. He went to the nurse saying all the symptoms of the flu and had a temp of 99. They dismissed him. He is home now and seems quit healthy to me. Time will tell.

I ate well yesterday. The scale said I gained 2 lbs since last week. :mad::mad::mad:
I can't wait until they get my thyroid med all straightened out. This is so frustrating.
I've been the same weight for 15 years! Now to be the heaviest I've ever been and working out the way I do.Uggggh!!!!!:mad::mad::mad::mad:
Okay, I"m done whining.
 
Hi guys.

i took myself off to the doctors yesturday. Im going to have my hormone levels and thyroid checked and cholesterol diabetes and iron and anything else thats left to check, checked out. I have put on too much weight and I exercise waaaay too hard for the weight gain to be warranted. Its starting to really "get" to me.

A weight workout followed by bootcamp is on the agenda today. (Bootcamp will probably consist of some spinning on the bikes. I love it :D)

Roxie - So is this latest weight loss due to the diet pill or the illness you have been having lately?

Jean - How goes those shingles? Feeling better (queezy) today?

Amelia - What awesome workout stats you posted on FB. You fabbo thing you.

Elaine - Aren't puppies too too cute? .........and destructive LOL. Our little man is hysterical. Hes not too naughty (thankfully)

Andrea-I really don't know for sure. See my DH is suppose to be trying to quit smoking he is taking medication but I keep catching him, this morning I watched him light up in his car. So I think alot of it is still due to stress.
 
Hello everyone. These cooler temperatures have me wanting to stay in bed. I made myself get up this morning and went for a jog/walk for about 40 minutes. I really need to get back into the grove though. Over the past couple of weeks I had managed to lose 5 pounds. I can't remember the last time I had done that. Since Saturday, thanks to Halloween candy and overall poor eating I have already gained back 2.5 of those. So time to crack the whip and pull it together.

Hope everyone is doing well today.

Andrea, good luck with the tests and doctor appointments. It is so frustrating when you seem to be doing the right things (eating and exercising) but our bodies decide to respond differently. Hope they help you figure out what yours is doing.

Hey, i just finished my yoga and stretching. I feel better...i get so antsy when i do those kinda of workouts:rolleyes:its hard for me to sit still that long,LOL.

Icouldn't find that p90x yoga so i went on youtube and found a 42min namaste one..it was fun and relaxing. then did some stretchmax3.

Hi girls a quick Hi as I have to get outside for the bus.

This morning I did Step blast 1,2,3 combos and a 2.2mile walk. I burned a total of 371 cal. Yeah!! I past the 300 mark.

Andrea: How did your Dr's appointment go?
