Roxie-what a coincidence...i saw a doe and some fawns too yesterday. I saw them on the way back from the grocery store...there such beautiful animals:)

Today is chest/back/abb ripper. BBL
 
Hi Amelia:Are you startig your P90X routine today? How did your WO go?

I think Deer are so pretty.

I did 4DS KB/Legs. I started with the abs then the legs then the cardioo part. I seem to sweat buckets when I do the cardio after the weights. I am not sure if it's that combo or the fact that it is still pretty warm here.
I burned 477 cal. :)

Yesterday we had a cookout for about 25 people. It was a very busy day but a boat load of fun.

Checking in late had to go to the dentist. Tonite is Burn it Up suppose to be harder than the others but I previewed it and it doesn't look as hard as a Cathe workout.

Amelia-it was amazing because she was just a few feet in front of us and never moved.
 
Elaine-OH my...you will be feeling 4ds legs..i was walking like a duck for two days afterwards:confused: P90x was fun, i think i will like! Glad you had fun at the bbq!

Roxie-I hope the dentist appointment wasn't anything serious? Wow on the deer...i think there eyes are so stricking, so dark and shiny...lovely animals. I would love to have some around the house to feed:rolleyes:

Workout done. It was challenging...I don't think i was able to do a single dive bomber,my goodness:confused:But i finished it. Abb ripper is tough too...definitely room for improvement on this workout. I was able to do 12 pushups on my toes:cool:(lol)

My before pics are kinda disappointing:( i really didn't think my middle/legs were so heavy. I mean,i knew i had to lose atleast 25lbs but now im thinking its more like 30-35:(..oh well, im not going to let it discourage me or distract me. Im sticking to my cals and workouts,something positive is bound to happen. I will post my pics when i feel more comfortable posting:confused:.

Tony Horton is such a Character..he's about 90% Hilarious and about 10% annoying:rolleyes:. He moans during water breaks...LOL

I got 3 fillings 2 on the bottom 1 on top can't feel my lips or my tongue I need to drink but that is impossible. Just remember we are your friends an nonjudgemental so we won't care what your pics are like, that is the only reason I posted mine I knew you guys wouldn't judge me.
 
Girls I need to vent and who else do you vent to but your friends, My DH had to go to the dr. today for a physical for his job and I asked him to talk to them about getting something to help him stop smoking well he didn't and I am so pissed I don't want to talk to him. I am working out and taking a diet pill to look better for him and he can't do this little thing for me it just makes me want to quit and become a fat slob because I know he doesn't like big girls. Is it to much to ask to do something that is going to make him live longer and be healthier? Thank you for listening to me and letting me vent.
 
Ok, so I had some free time and thought I would check in tonight and see what's going on. The first thing I notice is my previous post is only 1 line long. I typed a whole paragraph with responses to everyone. Andrea, your's was the only one that stuck. Let's see if I can re-create most of.

Amelia, glad you liked the first day of P90X. I'm impressed with the pushups. I usually drop to my knees after 8.

Roxie, hope you are able to drink know. Next time maybe a straw would help.

Elaine, good job on the 4DS. I hardly use those, but they are fun.

I also commented on the deer, but can't remember what exactly I said.

Roxie, sorry you are feeling this way. I can totally relate. I wonder sometimes why I continue to try to improve myself, but I remind myself that it is for me too, not someone else. Hope that helps.

Just finished Burn it Up and I must take back my original statement this workout was tough couldn't do the floor work didn't get enough food due to dental work and I am feeling shakey and dizzy and sick to my stomach.

Roxie {{{{Hugs}}} Men are so selfish sometimes:( I hope your feeling better today. I agree with Jean...your working out and feeling good not only for your DH but for you too. Don't let your DH's negitive habits bring you down. My DH likes to drink, not every night, but more than i like him too...it pisses me off too. Im sure it will cut his life short in the end:( He use to smoke too, guess i nagged him to death about it and he finally quit. Maybe if you nag your DH to death about it......

Jean-What workout you doing today?

Today is Plyometrics...im looking forward to it, and i hope i just didn't stick my foot in my mouth:confused: I hear its tough, but it can't be any tougher than Cathe's cardio stuff;)

Tonite is Burn it Up again and I will make sure I eat enough so I am strong enough to complete curious about the calorie burn on this one.

Amelia-I have nagged him for 30 years and it hasn't worked yet. I hear the Plyos on that one are pretty tough.

No WO for me this morning. I worked last night and went to bed very late or I guess very early morning.;)

I will walk the pooch today and hopefully take her to a field to run and burn off some energy. Ha, maybe I'll join her.:p

Gotta go do some school shopping. Wish me luck I dread this part of starting school. Boys are no fun to take shopping.
 
PLYOMETRICS ROCKED this morning...WOW what a workout. I had the most fun AND i was able to complete the whole thing with little modification. I was completely shocked when i looked at my HRM afterwards....599cals GONE:eek: I was thinking around 400 maybe...

Roxie-Enjoy burn it up tonight! Plyo's wasn't any tougher than what Cathe does...actually,im glad i started working out with Cathe or that workout would of kicked my butt:p

I havn't completed a workout since Sunday.:mad::mad::mad: I'm suffering a case of the "I can't be bothereds" Hopefully, I'll whip my butt into gear today.

I think the problem with men is that they are MEN! Totally from a different planet:p

Amelia - WOW! That last workout was a real cal burner! Good work.

Jean - Im still bootcamping but modifying a lot of it because of this achillies. I suppose I'll have to take it to a physio. Its not really going away.

Roxie - what diet pill are you taking?

Hi Miss Elaine. I love bbqs. Not so much cooking for that many people though!.

Today is Shoulders/arms/abb ripper. Ive had stomach ache for last two days now, it Sooooooo annoying. Im thinkin it has something to do with my protein increase on monday.

Since doing Burn it Up on Monday I am having extreme low back pain I can't sleep because of it and I have no motivation or the drive to workout.

This morning I did 4DS LIS abs, 4DS HIS ch/back then the HIS cardio. I burned 402 cal. Not bad.

Got the boys shoes yesterday, today is more shopping. Yuck!!!!:(
I have to do it in doses.
