Workout today was 40 mins cardio. Then in the afternoon I did some weights, back and a mx n match leg. The leg wasn't a real leg its just my latest idea to try to lean out my legs and thats to do somethiong on them every workout.

Good Morning,

On tap for tonite is GS legs and B&G floor work. DH leaves again today so eating will remain good. I read in shape magazine that I am definetly not getting enough protein so my goal is to work on that.

Andrea-good job on the workout.

Todays workout is going to be abbs a thirty minute powerwalk on the treadmill and i need to do a full body weight? Just not sure which one? I may do BM2 upper body then do some LB of my own,pyramid style?

anyhoot,i woke up to late to take the doggie for a walk so i will have to use the TM today! Its just too hot right now!

Workout was practicing TK and I was nice and sweaty by the time I finished. Gotta love that!

Amelia, I woke up late today too. I had trouble sleeping last night. Workout plans sound good.

Andrea, Good job with the workout. How is the knee healing?

Roxie, Your workout plans sound great! Up that protein girl!;) I had to do the same.

Hi everyone. Went out for a walk @ noon today. My legs are whining from yesterday's run, so I guess I'll have to do it again tomorrow }( (I try not to run 2 days in a row).

Roxie, I found that I was low on fat (of all things). I started journaling food on Spark People - they have a nice counter for macronutrients.

Went to the asthma/allergy doc yesterday. Got a new inhaler (like Advair, but not) since I've been using my rescue one too much. Works great so far - I had the best night's sleep I've had in 6 months! I didn't realize my breathing had gotten that bad.

Nice WO everyone - gotta scoot - must finish lunch & change clothes before a telecon in 30min. See you all tomorrow!
 
Hi Everyone,

Not sure what is going on, but I woke up late too. I only had time for Imax2 6-10 intervals.
I can't chat much my DS(7yrs) has karate and wants a salad of all things before we go.

Hey girls,just popping in to report part of my workout! I did Itrain 18 and i plan on doing some lower body here shortly! Still not sure what?
