Hi ladies.

Today I took a rest day, My whole body has serious doms from the weekend. Ouch! I havn't been sore like this for a very long time!

Roxie - I havn't really been following a jari rotation just doing a different on different days. But I am about to start a rotation. I don't have Ripped and Chiselled yet. So, I will do Ripped to the Core on day 1. Day 2. Ripped 1000 Day 3 cardio 40-60 mins Day 3 Slim and Lean Day 4 Ripped 1000 Day 5 Cardio 40 -60 mins Day 6 To the Core.

If you have a look in the open discussion theres a Jari thread and Fit44 has posted a couple of rotations and this is my version of her advanced one. I'm thinking that I could start to see results doing something like this.

Over the weekend I did Ripped 1000, I think that was Saturday, then Sunday Cathe's Bootcamp and on Friday I had ran on the treadmill. From those three days I can hardly MOVE today! I havn't been this sore in a very very long time.

Would anyone else care to join me on a rotation like this? We can play around with it and do what suits each other. Using DVD's that we've got, but more in the endurance/bootcamp/ cardio workouts.

Anyone with me?

So, tomorrow I would start with either Jaris, Ripped to the Core or Ripped 1000. Which ever one I don't do tomorrow I do on Wednesday, followed by Cardio on Thursday.

Anyone joining me? (Doesn't have to be Jari, endurance type workouts is what I think will suffice)
 
Morning girls...today will be an UB that I will make up as I go along(lol) and a morning dogwalk,gotta scoot if im gonna get that dogwalk in before DH goes to work!

Tonite is a pushpull total body premix if the puppy will let me do it, he wants attention right now.

Andrea-I would join you but I am in the middle of a rotation right now. Thanks for telling me how to use the Jari Loves don't have any but thinking about it.

Amelia-enjoy your walk today they tell me it is cold outside here.

Roxie-Ive read that you have turbo jam...How do you like it?

My dogwalk is over...im not doing anything else today except house work! Im lazy:Di will do that UB workout tommorrow!

Good morning! I did the LowMax 1-4 premix today. Didn't trip on my step TOO many times :p. Seriously, I felt like a total klutz this morning! Tomorow will be either LIC or the BM2 Power Circuits.

Andrea, good luck w/ that endurance rotation. I'm doing Cathe's September rotation (after a fashion) right now, which has a bit more of a cardio focus.

Roxie, did the puppy let you get your work out in? Thanks for posting the picture. You are so cute. I love your hair cut. I can’t remember how old you said you were, but you don’t look old enough to have grown children.

Andrea H. I noticed your picture yesterday in your avatar and I was like “when did she put that up?” Thanks for sharing. Looks like you are out on one of your hikes. Too cool.

Elaine, hope all is going well with the rental. Check in when you can.

Today was a rest day. I think tomorrow will be a total body work out. Haven’t done one of those in a long time. Now which one to choice? Kind of dreading the doms though.

Need to eat better. Yesterday and today were major cheats. Will try to get back to it tomorrow.
