Hi girls!

Todays workout was Amy Bento's all pump extreme, legs. I'd forgotten how enjoyable that was (I havn't done it for a very very long time).

Amelia - Choc Chip ice cream,:9 :9 MMMMMMM!I loved the fishing with the kids:) :) My kids think I'm their play thing/toy and I get treated as such! Jumped on, push around, pulled around, bossed around, ordered around, bossed around.

"Play with me" "Mum Throw us on the bed!", Let me ride your back" Plus, with those demands, I am having my arms pulled out of their sockets! AND...... It doesn't matter that at the time, I am trying to cook/clean/ talking on the phone, you get the picture! I run out of puff very quickly and they are like ever ready batteries - they just keep going and going! ;)

Elaine - LOL at the oooops - egg yolk fell in!

Guys please explain - String Cheese? Dry sugar free pudding? and sweet potato chips?

Great job with your workout!! I too start off the day very refreshed but the kids wear me down quickly! I took them fishing agian yesterday,actually 'fishing' too them is just throwing there pole in the water and reeling it in,lol(no hook) I caught a bream and realized that my DH usually gets the fish off the hook for me:eek: That poor bream, I bet i struggled with that thing for 15minutes:-(

Andrea,string cheese is just a portion of mozzerrella cheese. I guess they call it string cheese because its long and skinny! Iknow what sugar free pudding is,but never heard of 'dry'? And im guessing the sweet potato chips are like reg chips....? Since were explaining things today...what is a mint biscuit and chocolate covered snakes?


anyhoot,my workout today is cardio and abbs...30min dog walk + thirty minute powerwalk on the Tm,abbs from PH and PUB:)

Sorry I've been mia but life has gotten in the way of posting for more than a minute at a time. I need to read the posts to catch up with all of you. I'm doing well most of the time with my challenge. Today's workout is AOS Newport - a kettlebell workout.

Andrea, I love All Pump Extreme, especially the leg work. Kids sure to give us a workout.

Gotta take the puppy out. I'll check in later.

mint biscuits are just chocolate biscuit base with a mint cream on top, covered in dark chocolate. i am not usually a dark choc fan, but I LOVE these! Really hits the "gotta have something choclatey and yum" spot! I may add - these are not home made.

AND I've just found the choc covered snakes (introduced to me by a work collegue) snakes (different colors) and I guess, they are a jelly like glucose covered in chocolate.

Shirl - good to hear from you! Glad to hear you are doing well on the challenge!

Hi Challengers,

A quick Hi while I eat my oatmeal. My WO is going to be GS Legs, once I get my youngest on the bus.

Andrea: Dry pudding is just that. The pudding mix before you put it in the milk. I put it in my protien shake to thicken it up.
Sweet potatos chips are like regular chips but they are made with sweet potatos and baked. A much healthier alternative to regular chips.
I am with Ameila what are choc. snakes?

Ameila: Yuck on having to get the fish off the hook! I only cook the fish. I am not very good about putting bait on or getting a fish off the hook.

Good Morning,

Tonites workout is LIC timesaver blast and suppose to do the blast seperately after but hurt my hip on these last time so I think I will skip them tonite.

Brkfst-oatmeal and applesauce
AM snack-yogurt and maybe banana might be grapes
Lunch-leftover taco meat in a fajita shell, salad
PM snack-almonds, carrots and some kind of fruit
Supper-grilled hamb, chips and dip(I know not very healthy)

Amelia-I don't like to take the fish of either I don't even cook them

Andrea-nice workout stay away from the biscuts and worms

Hey girls,just popping in the report my workout!Did everything except for PUB abbs,so i will do that one later.

Hey is anybody watching that new show on abc toight called wipeout? I'll be watching it! And the show that follows called'i made it through the chinese game show' LOL

2eggs+2pcs wwtoast with light butter
shaved chicken sandwich w/ALOT of lettuce on top and some baked lays
turkey bacon,lettuce tomato sammy with light mayo
two ww torillas,southwestern chicken with salsa,bell pepper and lots of other veggies
100 calorie popcorn and a diet pepsi}(

OK,Andrea...send me some of those mint biscuits they sound delish:9 I usually don't like dark chocolate either but paired with mint,i LOVE it! I wonder if there sold in the USA? oh and Yeah,im sure that poor fishy is probably floating in the lake somewhere:-( i felt so bad

Elaine-i would like to try those sweet potato chips,what brand did you buy and what flavor! Also,the dry pudding is interesting too...what kind do you buy?

Roxie-Your meals look great...its hard to eat clean all the time(like my baked lays,LOL:+ there so good though and there low fat)Enjoy LIC!!

Ok ladies, I've been in a funk lately and just can't seem to get out. I don't want to work out. I don't want to eat well. I guess I just have a case of the "I don't wantas". Hopefully I'll get past this soon. I do have to admit that just checking in tonight has helped some.

I have never heard of sweet potato chips until Sunday and then they are mentioned here today. How weird is that? I tried them at the office party I went to on Sunday, but I don't know if they were baked. Well I hope everyone has a nice evening. I hope to report tomorrow that a workout was completed.
