Challengers - 1/24/11

Good Morning Jean,

Tonite for me is SS Lower Body. I did 200 crunches and 30 pushups yesterday, I was also suppose to do KPC cardio but DD and her DH came over last night. Good Luck with that workout I hear its tough.
 
Have fun with SS tonight. This morning was Plyometrics. It goes through sets consisting of 4 different drills. Each drill is 30 seconds and the last one is 1 minute. Then you get to rest, I think one minute and do it all over again. Then you move on to the next set etc. I had to modify some of the moves and I definitely can't jump like they do. Over all it was fun. I burned 384 calories in 58 minutes so I guess it is pretty good for cardio.

Tonite I did KCMs 30mins to Body Training Standing Legs and my legs are a shakin.

Nice job on your workout. I just noticed your ticker, great job on the loss.

Today was Shoulder and Arms, which works shoulders, bis and tris and then I did Ab Ripper X.

Nice job on your workout. This morning I did the legs portion of legs and back. I switched things around because the schedule called for Yoga, but it's 90 minutes long and I didn't have time to do that this morning. Since I just did upper body yesterday, I didn't do the back exercises. Hopefully tomorow I can get in the yoga, back and abs some how. So far I'm liking P90X. I've been doing pretty good with my eating this week too, so maybe my scale will start to drop.

Good Afternoon Jean,

Its been a busy day here at work today. Tonites workout is PP in its entirety, I still can't feel my legs from KCMs workout so it should be killer.
 
Roxie, good luck with your workout. Hopefully your legs are recovering. So far I have only been slightly sore from the P90X workouts.

Ozerba, thanks for the comment. So far, so good.

This morning's workout was Ab Ripper X and Back. Tomorrow is suppose to be Kenpo X, but I want to do CC Press Play Saturday instead. We are doing CCPP in honor of Chris who past away recently. I had met him on several of the roadtrips.

Good Afternoon Jean,

I didn't workout last night I hit my head on a metal oxygen cart so I had a headache when I got home. Tonite is 4ds. KB cardio only. Glad to hear p90x isn't causing major DOMS. My legs are just now starting to feel less sore upper thighs still hurt.
 
Hope your head is better. Did you get your workout in? This morning was 45 walk/jog using cariso Coach Press play. Then I attempted Yoga X. It is 90 mintutes long. I made it through 30 minutes. I am not a yoga fan and will have to work up to full workout over time. Oh well, you do what you can.

Ok, I actually worked out 6 days in a row this week. I haven't done that in a very long time.

I posted once but lost it. I did C&W cardio and compound wts. had a great workout, I will try and do 4ds KB later on. Good Job with your workouts this week that has to feel like a great accomplishment.
