CCPP Day 08/25

Good morning! How is everybody today? It's CCPP Day!

I'm done, just got done showering! Good news....MY TREADMILL'S BAAAAACCCKKKK! WOO HOO! It was down for several weeks, while I replaced part after part trying to get this thing fixed so I wouldn't have to buy a new one. A friend and I just replaced the treadmill belt and after a few tweaks....it's WORKS!! I'm on cloud 9!

Several miles later, CCPP is done and I'm a happy camper!

Hi Gayle! I just finished and it was a [font color=red size=+2]PR[/font] for me!!! :D Great workout, and now I'm ready to face the day. :)

Congratulations on having your treadmill running (haha - no pun intended) again! :)

I just woke up and, as usual, am amazed by all the early birds. Doesn't anyone stay up late eating too much ice cream anymore? ;) I'll be doing CCPP in a few hours. Looking forward to it with my new nano and awesome earphones!!
 
I just finished! This was my first time doing ccpp (missed last month due to vacation) Wow what an inspirational workout!!
 
Congratulations, ladies, on another wonderful PP day! I haven't done mine yet but will a little later this afternoon. I may not be back today, so I wanted to check in.
 
WOW!!! I just finished and during sprint 2 of the first challenge I got goosebumps and I just knew this was going to be an awesome PP session. I also PR'd and replaced the challenge four hills with sprints :+ :+ (have I mentioned that I LOVE sprints?).

Awesome ladies....your collective energy was/is amazing!
 
The first time I tried it I wasn't particularly challenged because there were so few "zone 4" portions. But today, knowing in advance that I don't need to hold back and save my energy for the Zone 4s that never come, I'm looking forward to an intense workout. :D

ROTFLMAO!! I was up late eating pizza}(. I'll be doing the workout pretty soon here. I'll report back after I finish, but I'm glad I scoped out this thread first because I need the extra energy vibes today:)

My first time with CCPP, WOW! Loved it! Quite a sweatfest too! Did I tell you I loved it??? I really did!:)

Glad you all have done it or are doing it today too. Gayle, happy your TM is back up and going for ya.;)

I just finished CC PP, it was great. This was my third time doing the CC PP workout, it's for sure a challenge but a lot of fun. Next week I am going to try out volumes 4,5,6. Thanks guys for letting me be a part of this.........it was wonderful. Hope everyone has a wonderful Saturday:) :)
 
Oh, wow! I did it!

Okay, to be honest, I switched to my rock 'n roll after the third challenge, but the truth is only the Who and the Rolling Stones can get me to that Level 4. I'm a rock 'n roll junkie from way back. But I worked out for about 65 minutes and it was awesome! :D

I'm glad your TM is working again Gayle!
 
Woo Hoo!! This workout just gets me every time! I'm not sure if it was a PR for me, but it was at least a tie. I really cranked up the resistance on my elliptical and my legs are like JELLO!! I played the cool down music twice because my HR wasn't coming down, besides, I love that song:D

GREAT JOB EVERYBODY!! I'm so glad I have you to work out with. It makes it so much easier just knowing that each of you are right there with me.

Hi, everyone!!! Oh wow, what a FANTASTIC workout! I did it a few hours ago, and my legs are still fried. And guess what? I'm another who set a PR!

I'm pretty sure I broke a distance record, but I haven't been officially tracking so I can't be positive. I'm going to start tracking from now on. But I have to tell you this: I hit 105 rpm on the elliptical. I just about fell off the darned thing, I was so amazed when I looked down and saw that! Trust me, these slow-poke legs have never moved that fast anyhow, anywhere.

I was thinking of you all as I did it, naming off people and where you lived, and imagining what it would be like if we were all together. And whenever Sean told me to reach deeper, I was able to push harder.

Thank you all for making this such a wonderful experience. And thank you Coach Sean, for giving us such a great workout!
 
WOO-HOO!!! Didn't think I was in the mood to do it today but knowing all of you were doing it and I already said I would helped me to get my behind in gear! I did 8.2 mmiles (with the fifth challenge). I was thinking about all of you doing it or already finished and it helped me to keep going! :D
