CATHE'S JUNE ROTATION

Hi everyone,
Well those of us doing the June rotation will soon be finishing up. I have really liked it. Actually this is the first rotation of cathe's that I've done doing the month to month rotations. I am excited to see what July is like. I think have reall gotten stronger in my arms with this rotation too. Has anyone noticed any changes since doing this one?
So will anyone be doing July's rotation? I will check it out and see what it's like, but I have a few new workouts that I would like to try out. I just bought a couple Mindy Mylrea, which I have never tried her and a new firm video. I guess we'll wait and see.
Would love to hear about anyone's results from this month rotation.

I did not take measurements or anything, but I did like breaking down the SH into smaller parts. I was going to do SH anyway and by week 3 it would have been driving me nuts. Breaking it down makes it managable, but I am still thinking, come on, come on by the end of each part.

I recently completed Weight Watchers program and am on "lifetime" which means I am maintaining. I watch carefully what I eat and this month I have been able to eat at a fairly high level(2000 cal a day), without gaining any weight. So if someone were trying to lose weight, I think this rotation would be good.
 
I have loved this rotation. It has not been boring at all. It is tough. I have noticed the biggest change in my arms. I can see that I have that vein across the bicep, but not up into the shoulder. I have definitly gotten stonger. This is the first time I have done the S&H series. I really liked doing the one body part per day that is in most of this rotation. I too am interested in what the July rotation will be. I feel I need more of a leg (hamstring and butt) rotation next. These are the areas that are bugging me. This is the first rotation I have done. I think I'll stick to rotations from now on. I do alot better and workout harder if it is all laid out on paper for me. I feel guilty if I don't get in everything for that week. I don't have to do it in order, just have to get it all in.:) I've also enjoyed hearing from everyone else.
 
This has been great !! I have really enjoyed being a part of this rotation !! I too did not measure anything... but I do feel stronger and feel "thicker" in my chest area !!! YEA !! I will take more in the chest area any way I can get it !!

I too am a lifetime member of Weight Watchers. I love doing Cathe and can not wait to see what July has in store for us !!

I'm only in week 2 because I started late, but I LOVE this rotation! I like the SH series split up too - it makes it much easier to concentrate on just one body part than two per tape.
:) I'm considering putting together another routine like this using the pyramid tapes (I miss them in that love/hate way).
 
I enjoyed this rotation, too. One body part a day allowed for cardio time which was a huge plus. I asked this question on the rotation check-in, but I'll ask it here, too: Did the CTX cardio in the first two/three weeks fry you? I was amazed at the intensity (it had been about a year since I did any of them) and was definately ready to cool down and stretch by the end of it!

The strength gains have been obvious...my left bicep is finally catching up to my right one! I'm still feeling kinda thick, plus I had gained about 5 lbs. So the past week I've reigned in my diet and lost about 2...another 5 would be great.

Looking forward to July and being a little lighter!

I have noticed changes too in my arms. I was surprised to see that you gained 5lb. I have gained about that much too. It has bothered me alot (emotionally) Is it muscle we gained? My diet is still the same as it was and I measured before I started this rotation and measured just yesterday and I'm about the same with the exception of may be a 1/2 inch in a couple places.
I really don't like the weight gain and I wonder if I will drop those 5lbs after ending this rotation. Anyone else gained any weight from this rotation????
It's nice to "talk" to others that are doing the same things I'm doing.:)

My husband doesn't see the 5 lbs. anywhere, but I feel/felt it. I haven't weighed myself for a couple of days, but everything is now a little looser...I kicked up the cardio the past 2 days and have been very busy to boot. I don't know what was going on, but I'm hoping increased cardio and endurance training will help me lean out but not lose strength because the strength gains are there! I could have just been snacking more than I should have, too. I'm going to see what Cathe has cooked up for July, also, but if it's heavy lifting I think I'll devise my own rotation.
