It's hard for me to say how much I have gotten out of this rotation so far, because I changed so many factors. I switched to exercising in the morning instead of evening because I can get my daughter to summer camp later, and I have never done a rotation with weights first then cardio and only one body part per day.
So far, I think that I have been really energized. I usually do longer cardios also, but I am finding that the cardio seems sufficient because I am tired from the weights. Sometimes on the weekends when I have more time, I am doing longer cardio. I would say that I have experienced some strength gains, and for whatever reason, I am so much more sore than usual. Don't know what that's going to mean in the long run, but I am really enjoying this rotation insofaras strength gains and energy levels. Take care, Sandra
