Hi, I have not done my legs and running yet. It was storming when I woke up so I will do them at lunch time. Just starting, how is doing all that back work on day2?
 
Hi, I just got done with Tuesday's workout. Doing back from PS and MIS was not as bad as I anticipated. LOL! First time I have done Kickbox. I thought it was really fun. I was sure feeling my legs from yesterday's workout though. Ouchie!
I'm not sure, but I think I might be losing some fat around my stomach. :p Have fun everyone!

Yes, I agree that the back work from PS and MIS was not bad. I did not think that it was too repetitive. I always have trouble with those T-Bar rows, because the barbell wants to slip away underneath me. I can never get the hang of those!

I always used to think that the CTX Kickbox was not as challenging, but I really found that it gave me a good workout this morning! I think that I was sore from PS legs yesterday. Those power scissors were really challenging!

suceeded in doing weights before cardio

Hi everyone,

I want to first thank everyone for posting the benefits of doing weights prior to cardio. Well, I was a bit concerned doing this since I work out first thing on an empty stomach. To top this off, since I'm off by half a week, I was scheduled to do Slow/Heavy biceps followed by the first 6 intervals of IMAX2. Gulp. Well, I did it. I couldn't believe that I actually had great energy this morning! I think I could have done IMAX2 in its entirety if I wasn't pressed for time. So, I guess weights first then cardio can work for me. Thanks again for your tips! Lorrayne
 
Finished PSlegs and abs and did my 30 minute run. The humidity is so high that even the dog was dragging at the end.

Is that floor work hard or what. I have not done it in so long, and I took the bar off for the last set of inner thigh. ouch. After Itensity series, the ab work felt easy. Glad this one is behind me for now!
 
Darned alarm didn't go off this morning, so I didn't have time to do the workout. I just did Bootcamp Core only Premix instead.

I guess now I will do some type of full body workout tomorrow am so I can get a good one in before I leave on holidays and am forced to stick mainly to running.

OK, 8 hours after the PS legs work-out my legs are still feeling weak. I hope I am not too sore tomorrow. How long does the back/kickbox work-out take?
 
Hi, everybody!

I did the back work and Kickbox last night (I'm saving PS Legs & Abs for sometime when I'm not completely exhausted). I thought it was possibly the easiest workout of the rotation so far, although I had a hard time getting through it just because I was so tired.
