Cathe's June Rotation - week 1 - Sunday- check in

Hi, back again after triceps and abs. I am sore from this week, so it has been a nice shake up for my muscles. Abs I did were from leaner legs and kickbox and then put in the kickbox stretch.

Since I did not rest Thursday, I will rest Monday because it fits in better with my swim schedule to rest on Monday.

Hey Dorothy,

I am doing triceps and abs today. I was thinking about doing either the PLB floor section or the PS Legs floor section with the triceps and abs to save myself time tomorrow. I have to do the PS Legs, and 30 min walk/run before I go to work, so I need all the time savings I can get.

This week looks like a tough week doing sections from PS and MIS. Gotta get myself psyched. Have a great day everyone! Sandra
 
Your right Sandra, next week looks tough.

I just finished triceps and did the winsor ab tape. I feel like I got a great week of workouts. I'm tired. :)
 
I just finished S&H Biceps and Power Circuit abs. I was supposed to do IMAX2 1-6 tonight, too, but I ran out of time AGAIN (thanks to Finding Nemo, which frankly isn't even that good) and will have to fit that in tomorrow.

I am SO much sorer than I expected to be. My abs are sore, my pecs are sore, and I'm pretty darn sure that my biceps are going to be sore tomorrow. I don't remember this from my last S&H rotation (a year and a half ago!)--is it just because I'm working harder?

I have really enjoyed this week ! I was sore, but really felt much stronger just doing one body part a day. I could never do the biceps with 15lbs before, but on the bicep day I was able to do all three sets with 15lbs. When I had done SH before doing the entire tape I guess doing the triceps then biceps made a difference because I ALWAYS had to drop down to 12lbs after the first set.

I will have to say the hi/low was the hardest for me this week. You are all right next week looks tough !!

Hi! Day 6 today was S&H Tris and ME Abs. Am sore all over, but actually a good feeling. Looking forward to doing the whole rotation, except I will be taking a Sunday rest day since its Father's Day and my daughter's b-day.

For those who have done the S&H Series previously, what kind of results did you get? This is actually my first rotation on this series. Your feedbacks will be greatly appreciated.
