Hi, thought I would get this started since I am up. I am off to do biceps, and Imax2. I may do all of Imax2 we shall see. I also have to mow, so it depends on the time.
 
Hi Dorothy!

I just finished S&H biceps and am off to do Imax 2. I haven't decided whether to do all of it or only intervals 1-6. Luckily, my husband is out doing the mowing right now! ha!

I am finding that my shoulders and chest are really sore today! I hope I was not using my shoulders too much during the chest work yesterday. I was contemplating adding the PLB floor work at some point this weekend to get in a little more leg work. But it depends on time. Have a good day everyone! Sandra
 
Hi everyone! I just finished Saterdays workout. I was going to do all of Imax2, but when I got to interval 6, I thought That's good enough, I've got lot's to do today. :) My chest is major sore from yesterday too.

Hi everyone!

I just finished Slow & Heavy Biceps and Imax 2. I got to interval 6 and just kept going. I have missed doing this workout. It is my favorite.

I am sore from S&H chest. Wow! I worked harder than usual. I did 2 sets of 25lb bench press and did 71/2 men push ups. I kissed the carpet on the last one as Cathe says. This was an improvement.

Wow, I am also sore in my upper back, shoulders. When Cathe was stretching biceps today, I was stretching my back! I did all of IMAX 2, it is just too fun to quit at the 6th one. I haven't mowed because the sun is taking a long time in coming out and the grass was too wet. Maybe hubbie will do it!!
 
I did S&H Biceps today. I'm sore in the chest as well, although I never made it through any "men" push-ups yesterday.

Did 1-6 Imax 2 and then decided I was pooped enough.

I worked all day in the house after that - cleaning, yard work, etc. Its 4:25 pm now and I just finished working. I'm pooped!

Hi guys,
I did S&H chest today but baled on the cardio kicks, just didn't feel like it. Tomorrow I will add cardio though because I haven't done too much this week. Has anyone noticed their arms getting bigger with this rotation? My shirt sleeves have gotten tighter since I have been using S&h for a while. Hope everyone enjoys their weekend.

I did S&H Chest (but skipped the push-ups, because Cathe said it was okay :D) and the first half of Cardio Kicks. I was going to do the whole thing, but I got started late, and I have to put the kids in bed in eight minutes. Just enough time to get a quick shower!

I am really enjoying this month's Rotation !!! I am also feeling it in my chest & shoulders !! I like when I feel I've really worked the muscles !!

I still can't do boy push-ups !! I have to be content with the girl way still. Maybe someday .........

Tomorrow's workout is short - just Triceps, right?? Will you all do only that or add a cardio workout also?
