Cathe's June Rotation - Wednesday checkin

Hi, I just finished SH triceps and step fit. I had forgotten how fun Step Fit is and how long. I feel nicely worked and probably won't go run later as I think I am worked enought. I am liking the order of this week, I really felt the triceps more today than the other day.

Hi everyone!

This morning I did S&H shoulders, CTX all step cardio, and 10 minutes of ab hits. I tried to go a little heavier on some of the shoulder work for a few sets, and I was successful. That is unusual for me because my shoulders are a weak area.

Dorothy, I agree that I like the order of the weight work this week. My triceps are still sore from yesterday's workout. I think that Cathe had a good idea putting the triceps work again so soon that we would really feel it.

I haven't done my workout yet today, but wanted to tell you that my daughter(18) has already lost 3lbs. with this rotation so far. She is quite thrilled!:D

I just wanted to say to tell your daughter congratulations on the weight loss! I haven't weighed myself, but it seems like my clothes are fitting a little looser. I can't wait to see what Cathe has in store for us next month! Take care, Sandra
 
I started this rotation mid-month so I'm just finishing up the first week - I LOVE IT!!!! It's perfect for me. I did SH triceps and abs, plus did a short pilates tape. I feel like the concentration on one muscle group per day really improves the workout - I can give that one group my all. :)
Congrats to your daughter on her weight loss, that's great!
