Cathe's June Rotation - Tuesday checkin

Hi everyone, I am on day 1 of week 3, so slow and heavy legs, which I really like and step fit abs which I can't remember.

I have already gone on a 30 minute bike today, and will do a 45 minute swim later.

Hi all, Today was my day 5 of week 1 so I look on with awe at you (plural) who are on week 3. Dorothy, I don't remember the details of step heat abs, I just remember they are long and tough (so which ones aren't?) I managed to do S&H Chest + PH abs + Cardio Kicks (the whole thing) and got to work at a decent time. I'm wondering if I'm trying to go too heavy on the weight work....I'm trying to up the # from when I did a S&H rotation with 2 body parts per day and no cardio. I do like weights first for a change. I'm usually doing cardio first when I do both (ala CTX.) -joy
 
Since this is suppose to be a strength building rotation, go as heavy as you can. That is what I am doing. But beware, week to is amazingly hard. I upped weights, and every body part work-out made me sore. So I went through the week with the soreness changing everyday. The running after the leg day was intense!

Step heat abs was not that long, but it was intense. I really felt it. I do think I like week 3 better. The upper body work is in a different order.
 
Hi guys,

I am on schedule so this morning I did S&H Triceps and Power Max instead of Step Fit, (just because I like it better). I am trying to go heavier, but since I am doing it early in the morning, sometimes I don't seem to have the strength at 4:45. I have been trying to eat half of a power bar and/or drink diluted orange juice to get me through, but it's been tricky.

Hi All!

Did S&H Tris today, some gardening and running around doing errands, since it's a beautiful day here in the east, and decided to do my cardio tomorrow.

Hi all. I am on schedule too. I did S&H triceps and this is the first time I have done Step Fit. I was ROFL at the macarena thing!
I did not feel strong today. I had to lift lighter than cathe on alot of stuff and I usually keep up with her on triceps.:-( Maybe this rotation is more evil than I thought.;-)
