Hi everyone. I took a day off yesterday. So, today I did S&H shoulders and my daughter and I took the dog for a 2 hour hike.
Somewhere this week I need to squeeze in my back workout.

Hi everyone,

I did the ab work before taking kids to swim practice, ran 30 minutes at practice. Came home did shoulders and All step, went to WW meeting(made lifetime today), then took daughter to art class and swam 45 minutes. Summer is too busy. I have to fit my work in at night!!
 
Dorothy, Summer is busy isn't it? I have to workout in the morning or I don't get my workout in, like yesterday. Something always comes up. Your day sounds exhausting!LOL! What do you mean by you made lifetime today?
 
I have been doing weight watchers since November 1. I have lost 37 pounds. On weight watchers you select a goal weight. Once you get to that goal weight, you go through a 6 week maintenance process where you try to discover how much you can eat and still maintain your weight. After that 6 week process if you are no more than 2 pounds above your goal, you are given lifetime status. This means that as long as I stay no more than 2 pounds above goal I can go to meetings for free. If I gain weight and am above that goal(I must weigh in once a month), I pay for the meetings until I am back to where I should be. I never have to pay a registration fee again and they do give lifetime members a reduced rate to relose their weight.
I plan on not gaining it and watching it so I don't go above 2 points. I have gone from a size 14 to a size 8, sometimes 6. I am almost 42 so to finally be thin at this stage of life is very nice.
 
Hi Sunnyside and Dorothy,

I'm checking in late, because I missed my workout this morning and had to do it this evening. I know what you guys mean about summers being busy and it's harder to fit in workouts. This evening I did S&H back, S&H abs, and instead of a 30 minute walk/run, I did CTX 10 10 10. I am exhausted now, and need to get up early and do S&H back, and cardio kicks. Will go straight to bed after this.

Congratulations Dorothy on your lifetime status!! I too, spent most of my life at around a size 14/16, and now am around a size 6 to 8. It took me around 2 years to lose the weight and I have been maintaining for about 2 years now or so. I am going to be 36 in August, and I hope I can continue to be as active as it sounds like you are. You have a pretty busy schedule!

Hi All!

Today I did S&H Back and Abs only. I felt really tired so I skipped the cardio, which I plan to do on Saturday with S&H Bis.

Congratulations Dorothy on your weight loss! I can relate with you. I used to be a size 16/18 and now am a 4, the smallest I've ever been. I started with Cathe last August. When I started to lift heavy, I really felt and saw the difference. I really enjoy this forum coz it has really given me the motivation I need.
