Hi Sunnyside and Dorothy,
I'm checking in late, because I missed my workout this morning and had to do it this evening. I know what you guys mean about summers being busy and it's harder to fit in workouts. This evening I did S&H back, S&H abs, and instead of a 30 minute walk/run, I did CTX 10 10 10. I am exhausted now, and need to get up early and do S&H back, and cardio kicks. Will go straight to bed after this.
Congratulations Dorothy on your lifetime status!! I too, spent most of my life at around a size 14/16, and now am around a size 6 to 8. It took me around 2 years to lose the weight and I have been maintaining for about 2 years now or so. I am going to be 36 in August, and I hope I can continue to be as active as it sounds like you are. You have a pretty busy schedule!
