Cathe's June Rotation - Monday checkin

Just starting this, got to go. Want to hear about the differences in this week, it actually looks like it will take less time.

Yesterday, I did the Triceps work, and am pretty sore today! This morning I did S&H Legs, and Step Heat abs. You are right, this week does not look like quite as much time. I was a little puzzled about less cardio the past couple of days, but the legwork was intense this morning, and my energy levels are sagging from TTOTM, so I may just go for a walk with my daughter this evening and call it a day. Today I did S&H Legs, MIS Abs (don't have Step Heat) and Imax 2 (Interval 1-5) coz I skipped it the day before. Really enjoying this month's rotation.

Hi everyone. I missed out on Fri, Sat and Sun. workouts! So, I'm hoping I get in all my workouts this week. Today I did S&H legs and Leaner legs abs.(I don't have Step heat either). How heavy can you all lift over your head? I think I had about 55lbs. and am not sure I could do anything heavier without killing myself.
 
Hi everybody, I was wondering if everyone had expired from this rotation! LOL! Its nice to hear that in week 3 it may get easier (or at least take a little less time) I've only finished day 3 and today was the rest day. BOY AM I TIRED AND AFTER ONLY 3 DAYS!! (or could it have been the sugar overload from those 3 GIANT cookies I ate last evening???) Tomorrow is a long one with S&H chest + ph abs + cardio kicks. When you were back in week one did you do the ENTIRE cardio kicks? I'm thinking that this w/o and the PC w/o is sort of a second legs workout and Cathe intends the entire CK to be done!!! Another question***Friday will be my day for PS L&A. What does everyone think of substituting the floor work from PLB for the floor work from PS L& A??? -joy
 
Stargazer, I skipped the warm up when I did Cardio kicks and also didn't have time for the cool down and stretch.:( Still got a real good workout. It was just to long and I ran out of time. I'm sure you could substitute PLB floorwork for the PS floorwork. I love both of these floorworks. They get the hamstrings so well.
 
I definitely think that you can substitute the floor work from PLB for the floorwork from PS L&A. For some reason, I really think the ball moves are very effective. I've noticed more of a difference in my inner thighs since doing the PLB ball work. Often, when I feel like getting an extra leg workout in, I will put in the PLB tape and also do abs on the ball from PUB. It's a good time efficient little work out. Have fun! Sandra
