Thanks for making it clear!
So now I learned that the workout here is warm-up + set of exericses + cool-down (stretching):).
The reason for asking is that there are videos, out there, with "set of exercises", to follow along, where one needs to add the "warm-up and cool-down" separately, and they are also called workouts:confused:!

Thanks admin for the update regarding the *main workout time.*.

Most of us visiting cathe's workouts and pre ordering series for a while know the time include warm and cool down/stretching.
Thanks for the reminder.

Excuse me not being one of the Most!
Most is a relative term ... lol ...Cathe's wording in the original email was a bit confusing for some of us. Glad for the clarification. And you are correct in that there are many content creators who separate out the warm-ups & cool-downs from the main workout. I like it, as it allows for greater flexibility in how i structure my workout and they frequently give you options to just click while streaming - very convenient. Perhaps some people who primarily only do Cathe workouts are unaware of the variety and versatility of other very good options available to us.

She actually doesn't include a warmup/cooldown in her Low Impact Cardio Bonus with the first LMR series - so, I'm glad they clarified because one could reason that she's starting to change her approach based on that previous bonus workout.

Sounds like Low Impact Cardio Bonus from LMR was just an odd one-off.

My post was about main workout, not bonuses!

Main workout as listed from dvd have always included warm up and cool down.

Bonuses never included warm up and cool down.
