Cathe, Hello. This is Kristen (don't know if you remember the name). Anyways, I absolutely love your workouts. I am a figure competitor and have really gotten into your DVDs since Thanksgiving of this past year. My favorites are the tough ones..drill max, Imax 3 blasts only, bootcamp cardio only, KM blast challenge, and KPC. I have gotten really creative with your premixes making my own really hard workouts. (I.e. KPC + KM blasts + bootcamp cardio only) Just curious as to whether or not you review the DVD/workout suggestions we all post? And, how soon are you to making some new workouts. I would LOVE to see some more kickobxing, bootcamp, and plyometric workouts. What do you think of my suggestion for a PlyoMax workout?? Ok, enough...hope to hear from you soon. Take care}(

Hi Kristen,
I am trying to also get into shape for a figure comp at 45 years old! I am not sure if it is possible seeing how my body is stuck right now at 10 pounds over my contest weight. How old are you?

Would you mind giving me some ideas on your training and eating? Where do you compete? Is it all natural?

I would really appreciate your feedback. My butt and thighs are my weak spots!
