Cathe, what is exactly "shocking" your body with exerci...

Hello, Cathe! I don't know if you have the time to answer this question, but you picked by curiosity when you mentioned that you shocked your body with different exercise to help you get back in shape after your 2nd pregnancy.

What exactly is that? could you tell me? Is it a variety of exercises in one session?

I sometimes have to combine my exercises because I only have one of your videos, Basic Step that came with the Step I bought, and am working on getting more. In the meantime I am taping some from Fitness TV.

What kind of routine will shock your body into loosing more weight or getting in shape faster?

PS: I have lost 3 pounds in less than 3 weeks since I bought the step.

Not Cathe, but shock your body is changing your routune..
If you do alot of cardio,change it up w/some seroius weights. If you do all weights throw in some cardio. If you do like the treadmill everyday, throw in some circuits. Anything your body is not used to. The change will help it respond better and take you to new levels...
Or, if you are doing a pyramid syries, change it up to the intensity or GS.
This is how i understand it.

Thank you for the reply.

Right now I am doing kickboxing with step workout with 15 minutes of abs. The next day, I will do step with other routines that I can't remember right now.

I am mixing them with whatever I have been able to tape from Fitness TV.

I will be doing Rythmic Step soon. And I am waiting on a video for Body Sculpting.

Oh, I also do weights but right now I am doing dumb bells from 3 and 5 lbs. I always do them in addition to whatever workout I do for the day.
