Cathe was on the Today Show!!!

Hi everyone!

I thought this crowd would definitely be interested in knowing that Cathe is appearing on the Today Show (NBC) every day this week!!!! She is doing 5 minute work-outs, so by the end of the week the workouts will add up to 25 min.

Unfortunately, I am at work when the show is on, but my mom watched it and told me about it. She said Cathe looks great!! I guess we were all right about Cathe becoming a big star!!!!!!!!

I wish Cathe would have told us. I have Monday's off and would have definatly tuned in. If anyone knows the time ~ I can only take so much of Katie Couric ~ I'll try to catch it.

Actually, according to the info on NBC's web site (below), it looks like Kathy Kaehler is doing this piece. Not our Cathe. Bummer...I was looking forward to taping it.

Whew, glad I didn't miss anything. Actually, Kathy Kaehler is a "fairly" regular on the Today Show.
