Cathe:Ref losing 20-30 lbs thread- 2 hrs back to back???

In another thread I read about someone who asked you for rotation and she had two hours a day to work out, one in the morning one in the evening. By following that rotation, she was to lose 20 to 30 pounds in 3 months. My next question in follow up to that one is in ref to time allotment:

Will I get the same results if these two one hour workouts are back to back????????

I might have 2 hours after work, or I may be able to exercise for two hours at a time on a day off from work, or is more than one hour at a time a waste of time?

The way I usually schedule my workouts on my days off from work is, one hour of upper or lower body weights followed by one hour of cardio. be it step, kickbox, intervals, treadmill, etc.

Also you didn't mention Circuit training in her rotation, Is that something to do after the 3 month rotation is over?
