Cathe - is there a band exercise for forearms?

Hi Cathe,

I recently did Gym Style back, shoulders, and biceps, and loved it! I was especially glad to see all the forearm work, since this is helpful to my golf game. I also liked the "bonus burn" from the band, so I'm wondering if there is a band exercise for forearms that I can add on to help me get ready for golf season?

Hi Martha! You can also do wrist curls (in all directions: side to side, up and down, diagonally) but simply holding the band with one hand to anchor it and pull the band (with the other hand) in the direction that opposes the force.
