I am thinking about you today every time I sit and every time I stand and with every step I take. ;-) I was looking forward to a fun cardio premix this morning, but my butt was too sore for that. I did Cardio Fusion for the first time Saturday morning and Butts and Guts for the first time yesterday morning. Mercy! I will have you know that I hate floor work with a passion and only do it for you because you are so sweet and endured so much to deliver these workouts. Only for you, Cathe! ;-) Not only do I have serious DOMS in my abs and glutes, but my triceps are sore too. How on earth did that happen with a lower body workout? :eek:

Well done, Cathe. I am delighted with the workouts I have previewed and experienced so far. Without a doubt, you have exceeded my highest expectations. :) These workouts are so good that I have no desire to do anything else. I am a fun-loving girl, and I am loving the playful side of these workouts like the Butts and Guts warm-up with the stability ball. :7 If the rest of these workouts are as much fun as Cardio Fusion and Butts and Guts, I think you should call this the Fun Max Series! :7

I am feeling your pain! I did Lower Impact Circuit on Thursday - GREAT! Drill Max on Friday - GREAT! Body Max 2 on Saturday - GREAT!

Butts and Guts last night ... this morning I feel it in every step - more in my glutes and outer thighs (from firewalkers) than anywhere else, but I ALSO HAVE SORE TRICEPS!! From all those push-ups and plank work?? I found that odd too!

Cathe - these new workouts are AWESOME! I can't believe how quickly to 90 minutes of Body Max 2 went by!! I am going to have to rotate the five around for a week or two until I start to mix in my older ones ... Cardio Fusion tonight!

I am inspired to buy a few more of your DVDs to keep building my library!

I did Butts and Guts on Friday and my triceps were sore on Saturday too (along with my butt!). I am trying to think back and the only thing I can think that might have caused it was the floor work. hmmmmm........
