Cathe, how do you choose your "crew"?

Hi Cathe! I've often wondered how you choose your crew for your DVD's? Are they friends of yours or people who take your classes at the gym? Just curious.

My 6 year old daughter LOVES Brenda! She keeps saying "she has the same hair as me", even though she really doesn't, and that just makes it cuter!!

Hi Melissa! They are mostly either members or instructors from the gym or friends who workout.

Don't you just love those sweet and innocent little comments kids make. Hugs to your sweetie!

Your crew is great! I have always wondered how you all keep smiling throughout the work outs. I have tried it just to see how hard that is and I can't do it. Especially when we are on the last set of plie squats (those burn!!!) I smile after the work outs but not during So hats off to you guys!!!

No, I am not a soap opera person, but I am in awe of Cedie every tape!!! I just love watching her and knowing that if she can do it, so can I! I don't know why I identify with her, I just have from the beginning.

My kids love Cedie! My daughter always comments that she never stops smiling and has the biggest smile. They even notice on some tapes, and ask me why Cedie is not in her normal spot!

They are all great. I loved it with the guy is CK. Would be awesome to get some men again.

My DS actually does the GS and S&H but would like it a lot more if there were some more men.

Bootcamp has a couple of men in it! I love Cathe's crew! Especially Cedie and Brenda. And Lorraine is really ripped! I really like to see all the different body types and know they are all in excellent shape even though their bodies don't look just like Cathe's.

I love the way Cathe talks to them during the workouts, they way they respond to her, and the rapport they all have with each other. It truly makes me feel like I'm in a class at the gym.

Yes....that Cedie...in HSTA when I'm about ready to pass out she is smiling....and once just once it looked like she had to try and smile because if not she was going to lose it. (I think it's on the leg presses that are doubled up)Other than that, her smile is natural and it cracks me up a lot along with her facial mannerisms. I bet she is a hoot in real life!
