I went to an Aerobic Studio that also brings out videos; and I was kinda disappointed that the live classes were a lot tougher cardio wise than their videos (especially after they claimed, the videos were just as tough as the studio workouts).
Now I am wondering, how tough are your video workouts compared to the studio workouts?
Your videos are the most challenging on the market but I still would like to know if at least your videos measure up to your live classes.
There can't be anything tougher than Circuit Max and Interval Max.
