Were you ladies able to walk after filming the new w/o's???
I have not had DOMS like this in 2 years?
Buts and guts was awesome, but i am dying here.
If these don't get us all in shape, nothin will..

What are DOMS? Im new to Cathe since 6/06. I dont know all the lingo yet.
